Nicest workers ever! I always love coming here! Today was exceptional, Caden and Lily helped us today and they were so kind and friendly they truly brightened our day. My cousin was having a bad day, and they were so kind to both of us. Great conversation and amazing service! Amazing portion sizes, they were able to cater directly to our specific needs. We love it here!!

Man. This is the best location known to man. To start the gentle man that helped us start the order, Style on point. Made me feel unrushed and as if my order mattered. I wanted to make am edit to this review because at the time I was in a rush. I mean this 100% truthfully this is objectively one of the better qdobad I’ve been to in grand rapids. Everytime I go the workers are always friendly they’re always timely with how quickly they get the food done, the managers are also very friendly and it’s always very nice coming here and getting food. While I don’t stay and eat here often the times I have the atmosphere in the restaurant was always very nice and chill which I will always appreciate. Not to mention that I’ve never had a time where the portions they gave were subpar which other qdobad seem to struggle with. All in all a very good qdoba I recommend highly.

The food at QDOBA was good, consistent with what I’ve come to expect from any location. What really stood out was the service—Chau made my bowl and was very generous with the portions. He also checked in a couple of times to ask if we needed anything else or if we were enjoying our food, which was thoughtful and attentive. Friendly, considerate staff like this really enhance the dining experience. Definitely appreciated!

Although the food is great at Qudoba, I have had two very frustrating visits recently, both online take out orders. Each time, I ordered my food online ahead of time. And then waited over 45 minutes for my order while staff continued to serve walk in customers, while neglecting those that ordered and paid ahead of time. Staff brushed off and ignored the requests of those of us waiting for our online orders as we grew increasingly frustrated and upset. Each time, the meat was missing from one of the entrees ordered, to top off my frustration. I completed a customer service survey afterwards that was emailed to me and requested contact from Qudoba in that form, never heard back. Bad service at the Metro Health Qudoba, bummer.

Come to this location!! It’s the best one around. All the workers are great and pay attention to detail. Not to mention the food is on point! Chau and Riley were amazing today and made my sure my order was just right!!! Victor is another one of my favorites!
