Great early morning meal. Went here at 6am for breakfast. Easy, fast and friendly service. I ordered Texas Bacon Egg & Cheese Melt with Hash browns all the way. Order came out very fast and the plate was good. If you want pleasant, fast a good breakfast go here.

Sweet young guy waited on us. He was a little flighty, but I think it was his nerves because he was waiting on a girl to meet him after work. He was super sweet. Food was great! I had a Texas BLT and it was super good. Lots of bacon, just the way you would want it. My teen had a breakfast bowl with bacon. She loved it.

Well, what can I say about Waffle House that you don’t already know if you’ve ever dined at one. However, the Waffle House in Gulf Shores, Alabama has a special place in my heart because of the wonderful staff who made us feel more than welcome as soon as we came through the door.
Though the restaurant was busy the wait time was relatively short due the speed and efficiency of the staff.
While visiting Gulf Shores you time here won’t be complete without a visit to Waffle House.

We went here to have breakfast. Got in line for a table. We stood there for 15 minutes while 5 tables sat empty and unclean. The lady at the register was sitting there singing at the top of her lungs. Super cringe and so unprofessional! We ended up leaving after no one budged or made an effort to clean a table. If the service was that bad waiting for a table it definitely is indicative of what the food service would be.

Do not recommend, service was slow, ordered crispy bacon and it was burnt on one side and raw on the other. Eggs ordered over medium were over easy, hash browns were cold and husband’s had two items missing on his. We were not offered any compensation for the mistakes, cashier was rude and was irritated that we needed a receipt.

Walked in at 11:03 am for lunch, no typical greeting, ( like normal waffle houses ).
Only 12 people in the building and six were employees. All tables were dirty but we waited.
Once we finally got a clean table we literally sat for 10 more minutes and not one employee even acknowledged us. Finally we just left.

My family was on vacation and decided to give this Waffle House a try. I would not recommend. There was a wait ,but that didn’t bother any of us. The waitress was rude. The entire staff was rude. None of them seemed friendly. In fact they acted as if we were a bother. Our waitress especially very rude. It really put a damper on our day. They should not be in the service industry if they are this bothered by serving customers. There are so many wonderful places to enjoy breakfast in Gulf Shores. Don’t spend your money here. The food was mid. So it definitely didn’t make up for the service quality.
