Best Mexican food in town, always huge portions and top notch flavor perfectly made. Drinks are famous and very good. Service is also good. The lobby is a little dim for my taste but that’s a minor thing. The only real hit on this legend is that it’s always been quite expensive. An occasional treat for myself

Tried Guadalajara Grill and Cantina today for the first time and it was fantastic. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but is very nice inside, a diamond in the rough per my sister. Next time I’ll take photos. The street tacos were outstanding. Chunky guacamole a highlight. Companions had tortilla soup and Pollo a la Crema. Generous servings of everything. Service was excellent as described by other reviewers.

Our server was good, no complaints there.
My wife had a 32oz margarita ( margarita factory associated) she liked it a lot. I had a DosEquis (green bottle)
The chips and salsa are standard fare here. Ok. We ordered bean dip also. It was just refried beans, also ok.
My wife ordered the cast iron nachos and she liked it. I ordered the build your own combo with 2 ground beef tacos and a chimichanga with ground beef extra crispy. It was tasty. The taco shells were corn and I felt they needed to be fried a little more to be crispy. They were a bit tough to bite through.
I asked for green hot sauce and they didn’t have any. Only a house made green sauce that our server said was not hot. I can’t eat the red sauces. They only have house made red sauce and not any well known hot sauces like Tapatillo or Challula.
Well probably try it again. Next time I’ll come in with my own Green Pepper Challula hot sauce.
We weren’t asked if we wanted desserts. A server should always ask that. It’s a good way to sell extra items and make a bit more $. We were too full anyway.

We showed up at about 7:15 pm. The host set us up with chips and salsa, water and I asked for bean dip. (Same as last time). I had the Dos Equis on tap. She had the same “best Margarita in town) always good.
This time she had the tortilla soup. In a bowl. It’s huge. She liked it.
I had the build your own combination. This time one taco with beef Birria and a Chimichanga with ground beef, extra crispy. The taco was super good with the Birria. Juicy and flavorful. Ground beef Chimichanga was as good as last time. The plate was large. Plenty of food here. Portions are plentiful.
We were the last guests there. Leaving at 8:45pm. The server who was the bar tender I think, was personable and tended our needs just right.
Our second visit was just as good as the first. We’ll see next time if it’s consistent on the 3rd visit here. Our taste for excellent Mexican cuisine was satisfied.
Jan 13th 2026. We ordered from the happy hour menu. Queso dip add ground beef, Chicken taquitos, Birria taquitos, queso Birria street tacos. 2 Margaritas.
Still just as good. Birria is better than anywhere else I’ve had it.

Spacious, nicely decorated restaurant, one that we haven’t visited in years! Came in today and had stellar service (thank you Luis!) and delicious food. Mr. Wonderful ordered the fish tacos with a side of rice and beans. I had the birria street tacos. We also enjoyed their queso cheese with chips as our appetizer. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed every bite!

According to the menu, Guadalajara Grill and Cantina is now; The Margarita Factory. My husband tried a medium “Best in Town Margarita.” This *medium margarita was huge and he enjoyed it.

I ordered a cheese enchilada, rice and beans and it was good. The beans were different and I’m not sure if that was a plus or minus. The chunky guacamole was the highlight of my meal. I see that they make some pretty spectacular adult beverages but didn’t partake. Since this was a girlfriend’s luncheon, I will return so that Mr. Wonderful can give it a try.

My wife and our two teen brothers visited here tonight. Let me tell you the service was phenomenal! The people were so kind and friendly. Their chunky quac was fantastic and don’t even get me started on the cast iron dishes we ordered or the deep fried ice cream! Five stars again and again. Wonderful place! Will be back over and over. Thank you so much for the amazing dinner and service.

Finally had the time to have dinner here. I have heard nothing but great things and they didn’t disappoint! Our waitress was great, and the food was amazing. You know a place is good when they do something as simple as refried beans better than anywhere else. lol I especially appreciate how they have their gluten free options clearly marked. You’ll have to ignore my phones terrible camera quality, the photos definitely don’t do justice. We’ll be back for sure!

We’re got a local recommendation for this restaurant, for on our way back home to WA. We are both fully stuffed & satisfied! Very very quality food, great service & atmosphere. The building itself doesn’t look too inviting on the outside, though inside is beautiful. I can’t wait to come here another time!
