Been going here for a while. Mostly take out now. I know this and usually mess up. I want to share to help the store and the customers.
When you order wings, tell them to sauce twice and ask for sauce on the side. No matter what style wing you order there is never enough and barely any sauce on the wings.
I ordered 35 wings tonight. $65. They may have been near the sauce, may have been in the same room, but if they were tossed in sauce I’d be shocked. Very disappointing.
Never happens when I’m there. If I sit at a table this isn’t an issue. Not sure what the deal is.

I ordered the gator tail, but was disappointed to find that there was very little actual gator meat and mostly crumbles of batter. The portion size was quite small for the price, which was disappointing given my expectations. $15 for pick up order.

The start of our service was questionable when the host forgot to send someone out to our table with menus. After a few minutes, I went inside to get our menus and she apologized and we just moved on with our service. Our server came out within a few minutes and she was stellar to say the least. Very friendly, constantly checked on us, she was on point. We ordered two appetizers (I missed the photo on that one, sorry!) but we ordered the buffalo cauliflower bites and the southwest eggrolls. The southwest eggrolls were a little crispy/dark but they still were very good. The buffalo cauliflower never lets us down we’ve ordered this before and it continues to be a favorite of ours. For our entrées we had an order of fish and chips and two burgers. The fish was cooked perfectly. The fries were perfect and everything was spot on. For the beef burger with jalapeños and barbecue sauce, the beef burger was cooked perfectly but the sauce was a little light and it made the burger a little dry. A tad more barbecue sauce, and the burger would have been perfect. The sweet potato fries were cooked great and everything was seasoned well. The turkey burger with jalapeño and barbecue sauce again a little too light on the barbecue sauce but overall everything was cooked perfectly, which is why, apart from a personal preference of wanting a little more sauce on the side we are giving this meal in general five stars. As far as returning and eating the same thing again, it was a yes, across-the-board. The server was friendly. She kept the beverages coming, and honestly was in great rotation. We saw her often and it was pretty busy inside, so she definitely seemed like someone who could manage her tables well. I definitely recommend this location. We have been coming here on and off for years and no matter what we try, we are never let down.

The waitress’ were HORRIBLE and talking to each other badly about tables. They had attitudes when asked any questions. The French onion soup was nothing but onions, no broth and tasted like the smell of motor oil. The wings had NO sauce and when asked for sauce the waitress got an attitude and said she could get hot sauce. You could definitely tell they favored their locals. The pub chips are great!!!

A friend and I went on a Tues. evening to enjoy the wkly Bingo game. We both had chili which was very good and a small side salad. I gave the atmosphere a 4 because we had trouble hearing some of the Bingo calls partly due to being seated in the farthest room and partly due to normal restaurant noise. Altogether tho it was a pleasant evening.

For 10 years I have been enjoying Gators BBQ Wing at Winter Springs & Oviedo Locations. Only complaint is not enough bbq sauce, I like them soaked. TODAY our server JOCELYN took my usual request and GOT IT DONE! Wings bathing in bbq sauce, Thats what I’m talking about! Jocelyn, Excellent service, we will be asking for you every time we come in. I haven’t tried everything on the menu as of yet, so I can say with certainty that salty fried pickles go well with beer. I tried three different cocktails and they were okay. I believe a more experienced bartender will resolve that. Now the place is clean, suited for families with sports enthusiasts. Very spacious, Im looking forward to see the place when college football starts. I believe a fair assessment requires at least three visits, and I intend to do so.
