Took advantage of the BOGO special. Burger not seasoned and lettuce was extremely wilted! Picture doesn’t do justice. Hopefully lettuce will be fresh next time. TOO BAD YOU DON’T GET HALF OFF DRINKS LIKE BEFORE…

Overall, the experience was disappointing. The environment appeared unsanitary, and while we waited more than thirty minutes for our food, we observed a staff member putting her fingers in her mouth, using her phone, and working without a hairnet. There also did not seem to be any sense of urgency among the employees. When we finally received our order, the blast was completely melted and we had to request a replacement.

I shouldn’t have to doctor up my food because you guys are allergic to making stuff correctly. Anytime I order a drink that has cream, or the dirty Dr Pepper, it tastes like I’m drinking straight lime juice with Dr Pepper sprinkled in. One time I had 6 limes in a singular drink… You’re supposed to put 2 max.

Not to mention stale food. I’ve had fries so hard it feels like I’m about to break a tooth, and buns so stale I had to eat just the hotdog.

I’ve also called the store a couple of times, normally I don’t have a problem with waiting or the phone not being answered, however, the last time I called the store, he answered, listened to about 3 words and then hung up on me. I called again thinking it was an issue on my end but he did it again. My partner called on his phone only for the same thing to happen.

I have worked in the fast food industry, and I completely understand how difficult it can be, but there’s absolutely not excuse for this quality of service and food.

⭐ Hi, just reposting this to be sure this is reread! I hardly ever have problems with stores, infact, even if I have a mild experience I always to come up with the good in hopes that I just came on an off day.

You should manage your own employees, considering how many awful reviews there are of this location. I shouldn’t have to bother your staff about my experience because I know they won’t listen because, I am not their manager. Speak with them yourselves. It’s not the customers job to rally the team. We’ve made many reviews and given many complaints.

I’m really getting sick and tired of these kids not paying attention to what they’re doing. At this point, a manager needs to show up and babysit.
I’ve read the reviews, and most of them reflect bad experiences. If the employees are this careless and unprepared, they should be let go—simple as that. There are plenty of other kids willing to step up, take the job seriously, and do good work.

I too had a corn dog that was given to me that should have been thrown in the wastebasket before. Come on now.

This is the 3 to 4th time .. I have received BS for service …. Constantly sending me the wrong order!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 2 Cherry flamingo drinks … these ppl sent me 2 lime drinks…. I ordered strawberry shortcake drink …. These PPL SENT ME A CUP FULL OF PLAIN VANILLA ICE CREAM ..

I typically order through the sonic app so that I don’t have to wait in the drive through line, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a large and small drink with a cup of ice. I had to call the location to ask what was taking so long, and one of the employees claimed to be backed up. There was myself, one car waiting on the other side, and two cars I had seen go in the drive through lane after I got there. So 4, maybe 5 cars. I can understand if they were the only one working, but there were three employees (that I could see) inside. In addition to that, and it was my fault for not seeing it sooner, but my drink was in a broken cup (which I had to hold up to keep from spilling) AND tasted awful. It was a large ocean water, and it tasted sour. Its unfortunate that this was the case because I come here fairly often and never had issues before. The Sonic app also doesn’t let you request a refund or file a complaint, so this is the best I could do.

Ordered a Cheese Coney, and a Sonic Cheeseburger with mustard, and tots. Both were really good and nice and hot. I like getting the tater tots right after them being made. They ones I got were kind of cold, but either way I got a good tasting meal in a matter of minutes. Will keep coming back for more.

Come on!! Fill them up to the top! Got home and noticed all of our sonic blast were 3/4s full. Very disappointed! They are expensive atleast fill them up also…they took forever to get our order out.
