the area was nice and clean. the food was ok for fast food. my burger was cold and even tho the lady said they were waiting on chicken nuggets, they were not hot. the wait was 25mins. the lady apologized for our wait and I had to ask for napkins which should be a given. there were people waiting on service and some workers complaining because it had just turned lunch time and people were coming for lunch. a plus was the sandwich was made right when ordering it a special way. the wait was a little long for not being busy.

Today as in 12/8/25 I always go to this McDonald’s on Monday for my lunch. This time however I did my curbside order as per usual I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out no big deal my problem with this is the lady that handed me my food 1. forgot my drink I ordered a sweet tea so I pay an extra 10c upon it being a large 2. The fries in the bag were upside down so now they are in the bottom of the bag and not in there fry holder. 3. The lady didn’t even tell me have a good day or nothing she said here you go man and walked right back inside, and I work in customer service and I know how to deal with a rush of customers this lady however does not. 4. They gave me a medium fry when I ordered a large. I will no longer be coming on Mondays that’s for sure.

We stopped in for a quick bite and was extremely disappointed in everything and everyone except the girl who took our money. She was very nice and even got our dogs a little whip cream and they LOVED that! My issue was everything else. My nuggets were clearly “re-fried” super brown, crunchy, and flavorless. My wife’s burger was supposed to have no onion and instead all she got was 1 pickle and some ketchup. The burger was all smashed and weird looking. When the order was “handed” out of the window to us it was more like they tossed it in the car and the window was closed before we could even realize what was happening. No “thank you” or “have a nice day”. Nothing. I will not be back here and strongly recommend you don’t go there.

Don’t usually take the time to rate fast food places but everyone here was so nice, the place was pretty packed on a Sunday morning but they still got us our food super fast. Restaurant was clean and food was great.

Went to the drive thru ordered two chicken biscuits. Both had weird fuzz and hair on it. We went through the drive thru again and the woman at the drive thru was very defensive and slammed the window on us. When she gave us the remade chicken biscuits those also had fuzz on them so we went inside to get something else. The manager insisted that the fuzz was normal and said it was because “it’s fried chicken it always looks like that.

Went in today for the grinch meal. Ordered it through the drive through got home & no grinch salt! The problem is that they knew they were out of it and didn’t tell me when I ordered it. When I asked for the manager his attitude was get over ! Then he said 10 people before you didn’t get it either ♀️ when you’re out of something you tell people! That gives them the chance to order something else . Poor attitude all the way around

By far worse restaurant I’ve ever been to!!! I’d give 0 stars if possible. Bathrooms was a disaster even my 6 year son said “OH MY GOD ITS NASTY” when he walked in. That’s sad considering most 6 year olds don’t care about a mess. Waited 20 mins just to order all while the employees was standing around grabbing food with no gloves. Then when we finally got our food and sat down the Manager on duty came walking up with a drawer with some guy in a tank top and he was filthy from head to toe. I will never come back to this place nor do I recommend anyone to ever return to this McDonald’s in East Ellijay. I get its tough times right now but this is pathetic!!
