If you work here you should be ashamed of the food you let leave out of your business last night 1-17-26. KFC ran out of tenders so I thought dairy queen would be good because your supposed to have good burgers even though they arent cheap. I spent $40 on 3 combos. 2 were supposed to be bacon and had 2 sad little peices of bacon each, the cheese was completely melted off, the onions were so hard you couldn’t bite then, the tomato and lettuce were mushy and slimy and the meat was tough and flavorless. The fries felt like wet green beans and tasted disgusting your oil needs to be changed its burnt. The cheese curds were also fried in very burnt oil. Complete waste of $40. Your drive through employee was polite though a tan young man with a ponytail.

This Dairy Queen on little rd in Port Richey is absolutely wonderful! …went through the drive-thru on 11-18-25 around 9:52pm, service was excellent! …the employee was so friendly! … ordered 4 fish sandwiches which were fantastic! thank you Dairy Queen! And God Bless you all, for all you do!!!

When I got to the drive-through speaker, I informed them that I ordered on the app. They did not bother to tell me that they did not have my order until I got to the window. The lady at the window told me they did not have my order and wanted to make sure that I ordered at that location. I showed her the order details on the app which match the store. Then she told me she couldn’t help me unless I had an email confirmation. So I showed her my email confirmation. Then she sent Ed to the window who proceeded to tell me that he could not help me since my transaction has not cleared my bank and it’s in a pending status. I explained to him that all transactions through banks are in pending statuses until they are cleared, which can take up to 2 to 3 business days. He refused to help me. I said OK I can deal with this later. Can I just order now at the window and he said what do you want? I have four cars behind you. This is incredibly disappointing, especially when your taste buds are craving something in particular and you think you’re going to get it but instead You get unhelpful staff. I really truly feel like since Covid customer service is In the toilet. And that’s OK for me to say because I have a customer service my entire life and I still help people in a kind, Understanding, and Caring way.

I haven’t been to DQ for a while because it’s a little far to drive, but I was in the area today and stopped for a small dipped cone, as I hadn’t had one in over 20 years and was excited to taste the original dipped cone again, and to my shock, a small dip cone cost me about $4. I want to put this in comparison to the fact that you can buy an entire meal, a steak burger with fries and a drink from steak and shake for $4. So to get this very tiny ice cream cone, literally the size of the gear shift on my car, and have to spend almost $4 really made me think of that this is the point of no return. When you can’t even afford to get a small ice cream cone because you have to make the decision of do I use this $4 and absolutely enjoy a good complete meal for dinner or do I buy the tiny cone and go without eating dinner because the cost of that is just absurd at DQ. I’m attaching the picture, it tasted delicious but not worth $4, I could buy the entire container of ice cream and the topping for the same amount at Walmart as this one tiny cone and make a dozen of these at home. It is not only DQ, even McDonald’s is selling a plain single vanilla ice cream cone for $3. I even worked it Dairy Queen as a young teenager for years and this has just left me feeling like there are no more simple pleasures in life, when you have to pay $4 for a very tiny cone, so much for reminiscing or even treating myself, because now I feel guilty for spending the money in the first place. Great job corporate DQ and the franchise owner!

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to I got a banana split I asked for vanilla chocolate vanilla and the banana was bigger than the ice cream there was more bananas than ice cream I asked for extra chocolate syrup and extra whipped cream the manager there was the most rudest person I’ve ever met the Banana Split barely had ice cream in it compared to what you normally would get they need somebody from corporate to just show up there one day and watch how they do things corporate would not be happy because I’ll tell you right now that was my business the man should be fired the kid that made it would be retrained the proper way

Chicken tenders were dry fries limp.
The blizzard was a limited edition strawberry cheesecake and was tasty. Next time will probably try a burger and ask for crispy fries.
