I hope the manager or someone in charge reads this that can address the issues here. We usually have great service and a happy visit but today the employee Cameron was very, very rude! He had a rude tone with is & other employees. It was like we were bothering him or an inconvenience to take our order! Our food was good tho.

Very and I mean very rude guy named Cameron took my order tonight. Huffing and puffing the whole time with an extremely rude tone. Very impatient with no people skills at all. Manager wasn’t much better. (Didn’t catch his name). I highly recommend having training lessons in people skills and customer service.
As for the food, long wait for warmish, not fresh food.
I’ll save my money next time and skip this place!

Paid for a meal for breakfast and I didnt get my potatoes cakes only my wrap and drink.. I really like the potatoes cakes very upset I paid for a meal and didnt get it all

Went through drive thru. They gave us our food and handed me one drink. I told them I ordered 2. She said OH that’s the wrong one. She then made our drinks and gave them to me. I ordered fries with cheese. I checked bag and no cheese. She said it was in there. We took everything out and no cheese. She then said oh they forgot it. Headed down the road and the Fries, Chicken sandwich and potato cakes were not fresh and tasted like old grease. Very poor experience. I was craving Arbys but disappointed.

Had great service but something’s going on with the payment system there I went there a week ago paid 33.10..then yesterday it got refunded then today they took double so what’s going on I will be calling management to get to the bottom of this thank goodness I am someone who watches my money and where it goes……do not use a card here

First off, this restaurant should post its hours correctly online. If you are going to close the dining room at 10, then you should have those hours posted on your website, and on Google as well. Secondly, this place was an icebox when we went in, obviously showing that they had no desire for people to be there. Thirdly, the conduct of your staff by yelling, cussing out loud, and not really knowing how to serve a customer, definitely shows your ability as a management team to train individuals. Overall, I would not recommend this location, and truly believe there are issues that need to be resolved if this stores wants to be a success.

Didn’t want a burger so stopped in and had a beef and cheddar with curly fries, sandwich was good fries were bits and pieces four stars on the fries
