I stopped at Taco Bell late at night and was really impressed! The food was perfectly made, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The inside of the restaurant was clean and well-kept, which isn’t always the case for late-night spots. The staff was polite, professional, and quick with service, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Taco Bell visits I’ve had!

We have been coming to this Tinley Park location by Target for some time now. I have never been as impressed as I am now, they seem to have a whole new crew and they are great! I would like to especially shout out Courtney, she is the sweetest! She is so friendly and greets us everytime. She bring our food to our table and checks on us through our visit. She has really made an impact with her happy self and smiles! Love the changes!

Pulled up to the drive through at 2:40am. Didn’t expect much since it was 20 minutes till close ordered 2 cheesey double beef burritos. They were amazing, cheese was actually melted, meat was hot. Best burritos I’ve had from a Taco Bell in a long time. Had to give credit where it’s due. Great crew working there.

I ended up eating my order bc I was hungry, but quality control on the supreme crunch wrap was disappointing- almost no meat was on mine. The pintos I ordered were more red sauce than pinto bean as well. Only thing I want out of this review is that the next time I order this isn’t an issue again

Strangely, for the first in like forever time, I genuinely wanted 2give this place a better rating but they failed me. Had a veggie bowl nd the seasoned rice was NOT. In fact, the rice had most likely been the final scrap atda bottom of the container inda food line. Most of the rice provided had hardened bc most likely it got most of the heat atda bottom ofda container, overtime becoming not very edible. So that spoiled the meal. The other factor not giving good vibes was the oversight in bagging the meal when I actually chose dine in option. On the upside, black beans were nice, fresh n hot, lettuce was not frazzled, tomatoes were red nd the guacamole nd avocado ranch were on point. Yet, another souring part of this fail is that no red cabbage was added. At least advise me nd ask if I wanted another item or dbl me up on one..geesh. I did order another item that I shouldn’t have but I was cheating on my diet so my consequence in getting a soggy puff item there was a lesson learned. Again, not sure why but I feel sorry that they didn’t do better strangely . Okay, so there’s certainly room for improvement.

Got food poisoning from the cantina burrito purchased 9/14/25. Staff wasn’t very friendly when we asked about the potato tacos being out of stock too. Overall whenever I come to this location I’m disappointed in the food quality or the amount of time it takes to order and then receive food. If it’s gonna be $25 for 2 burritos and 2 soft tacos, it should be friendly quick service and the quality of food that shouldn’t get me out of bed every hour to crucify the toilet.

All 4 of my crunchy tacos were broken.
Took 25 minutes from ordering to receiving food.No drinks available at the restaurant.
Staff was slow as can be and was of no help.
Did not receive receipt. Woman working there was more concerned with talking to a person at a table than actually helping anyone who was waiting for their order.
