I have no problem using the mobile order app, but when a restaurant says they are open until 3am, they need to be open until 3am for everyone. Lazy staff. Manager needs to know.

Pulled up to the window and the employee abruptly greeted me with “you can only orders combos and 2 combos maximum” not friendly, like I was inconveniencing him. I ordered my first combo but then was told to “hold on” while I’m assuming he wasn’t ready to take such a simple order. At the window I asked for extra fire sauce with a please, no acknowledgment. And nothing after I paid and was handed my food. If you dislike your job that much, find somewhere else to work that you don’t have to deal with the public. And/or if you can’t properly run a business that makes your employees that miserable, find something else to put your money into.

The slowest Taco Bell/Fast Food I’ve ever been too. Drive through is never being served. Always have to go inside to order, and the it takes 20 minutes to get your food. This location is by far the worst location. Avoid if you can and save yourself the headache.

I hope my food is correct because I had to go inside because the young man said nobody is running the drive thru right now. Then I go in only 2 workers visible. The one young guy did the food and didn’t even give me a chance yo finish filling my pkp before yelling here you go twice while the other guy was in the back on his phone talking to a friend. Would give this a 0 if I could because I gave up. Several times I tried ordering food from the app, and when I got to the store I waited for 10 minutes for anyone to even notice I was there. The last time this happened I just left and went next door to Jersey Mikes to get a fresh sandwich. The drive thru hadn’t moved by the time I left. Submitted a complaint on the website and they didn’t care. Something is very wrong with this Taco Bell, which is sad because it use to be much much better. I’ve uninstalled the app and don’t plan to go back as surrounding Taco Bells aren’t fairing much better, especially New Lenox.

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. The customer service is horrible. The food could have been better. This place needs to be just shut down at this point. People were swearing that were making the food, treated everyone that walked through the door with terrible disrespect.
