Recently locked my keys in trunk w/my Target groceries. Have health cond.so they allowed me to sit in Starbucks to wait till help arrived. I have never been treated so wonderful by a small group of employees in my life! They were so friendly, professional, & catered to my needs. A HUGE thank you all that were there!

This is a great place to sit down and get some work done without being disturbed by things in the home, and get out of the house for change. However, they are out of a lot of things, and you’re paying for the ambience. I was not impressed with their choices because I am someone who eats low calorie, and low carb. The things I normally order were not available today.

Staff takes forever to assist you, even if you’re the only person in line and they have 2-3 workers. They just hope you leave or walk away. They didn’t most items, like Chai or Oatmilk. The area is super dirty, trash all over the floor, counters dirty.

Went Twice in 2 weeks and both times staff was rude and dismissive. I made a point to say good morning, how are you, thank you, have a nice day etc. and he ignored me. Then 2 girls working were too busy discussing their own schedules to worry about taking anyone’s order. I just found bothe my visits unprofessional.

Recently went to this Starbucks and Ceci was my barista!!!! She ALWAYS has a welcoming smile and is sooooo pleasant!!!! Needless to say she makes the BEST drinks EVER!!!!!!! Really hope y’all hang onto her she keeps this Starbucks running!!! GREAT HIRE!!!!!!! Can’t wait to visit again soon!!!!!!
