Very good. I’ve been to several carnitas places and this is one of the best. Wish they were open more than 2 days a week. Got 2lbs, comes with tortillas and salsa. Meat was not greasy, it was moist and had good flavor. Definitely would go back

We catered the carnitas for a birthday party last Saturday and it was absolutely delicious! The owner was so kind, recommended how to keep food warm, texted when the tortillas were heating up.
