Today I visited this McDonald’s location and ordered a large fry. When placing my order, I specifically asked for my fries to be fresh. I heard the employee taking my order let the staff know that I wanted fresh fries.

However, when I reached the second window to pick up my order, the employee handed me the bag very quickly with a smirk, and the fries were placed upside down in the bag. Before leaving, I checked them and they were COLD. It honestly felt intentional.

If employees don’t want to do their job properly, they should consider working somewhere else. There’s no reason customers should be paying for cold food. I could understand if it was free food, but spending money on food that isn’t even fresh is unacceptable.

Also, the restaurant was not busy at all. There was no line, and I didn’t see any customers inside. If it was going to take a little longer to make fresh fries, they could have simply told me and I would have waited patiently.

McDonald’s, please do better.

I have never reviewed mcdonalds before. This location the quality of the food is outstanding. I got a double cheeseburger that had a perfect bun, perfect patty with perfect distribution of ingredients and char. Was honestly better than their marketing photos. Wild

The employees here just don’t care. The fries are never full and usually overcooked. I
f you’re picking up a mobile order don’t wait for them cause they won’t tell you that your food is done and getting cold, assuming it’s hot in the first place.

I ordered two different times at this location both a Thursday night. It was a Dine in order. The food was not brought to us instead it was called out rudely and thrown in the table for us to pick up. It was bagged with no care and it clearly showed that the workers had no intention to be there. My experience was genuinely disappointing.

This is the third time I go to this location and they forget items of my order. I went at a non busy time with only 1 car in drive thru it’s completely unacceptable to have to keep going through this it takes a couple of seconds to double check an order. Management really needs to address this.

4 Hot & Spicy meals that were completely missing, and when I called to get it resolved, the manager Ryan was unbelievably rude. Instead of helping, he basically called me a liar and acted like the missing food was my fault.

This is terrible customer service and completely unacceptable. I paid for food I did NOT receive, and then I was disrespected on top of it. If this is how customers are treated, I don’t know why anyone would return. Fix your staff, fix your service, and learn how to treat paying customers with basic respect. Filled out the survey also

It was fairly slow. There are two speakers in the drive through but they are both in the same single lane…weird. Couldn’t hear the person asking if I was using the app? And no one ever said anything again until I said hello? Then for the property there are two exit drives very close to each other and everyone is in line to go out the one closest to the feeder road which just creates this giant log jam. Awkward set up all around :/

Stopped by for a quick meal for my kids, the line was unusually slow but with an even pace. Good thing was that they got my orders right, plus my kids loved the meal and drinks so that’s good. Stop by and grab yourself some burgers……or something

PS I don’t particularly eat fast food cos the way my age and lower abdomen is set up, it’ll take me a whole month to burn off those calories. My kids on the other hand have the blessing of youth.

I should have read the reviews first as they would have deterred me from going here and saved me a few dollars. Stopped by the drive thru for breakfast. Ordered one bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo with nothing upgraded and no additional cost beyond the regular combo price. Confirmed the amount on the screen and it was correct. Waited to arrive at the first window for at least 4-5 minutes (seemed like there was an issue with the vehicle in front of me). Pulled up at the first window and gave my card, the person was kind and a little too talkative which distracted me from checking my receipt or reconfirming the amount. Food was ready at the second window when I pulled up so no wait there. Ate my food on the road, and it was hot and fresh, no complaints there.

The issue came two days later when I checked my bank account and saw a $9.50 Mc Donald’s charge! There is no way I would have purchased a breakfast biscuit combo for $9.50 had that price popped up on the screen. I had of course thrown the bag & receipt away by then so I have no idea what they charged me for or if they added their own tip or what. Either way it’s dishonest and I will not patronize this establishment again. My advice is to double check the amount when you get to the window, pay cash, and always check your receipt! Otherwise you have no idea what they’re charging you.
