Great burgers! Used to come here monthly, but it’s too pricey to come here regularly now. Dropped nearly $50 for three of us today on that many burgers and drinks….and a single order of fries. Love the burgers here….but can’t justify spending that level of money. It will remain an occasional treat, but not our normal Go-To for burgers. Five stars for everything… except the Value which is maybe a two or three.

Nothing about this burger place really stood out. Order at the counter then pick up yourself. The pluses were the generous portion of fries and a tasty burger. The minus was the buns that all fell apart making eating the food a messy experience. Thank goodness we didn’t get it “to go.” They do have a lot of customizable toppings which was good but a little overwhelming for the tweens we were feeding. $70 for four meals felt a little overpriced. Probably won’t be on our top ten burger places.

It’s been 10+ years since I’ve been to a Five Guys and this experience was a bit of a let down. It wasn’t all bad per se. Food was good and came out quickly, and the staff were friendly. But, walking in, the place seemed a bit dreary, kind of old and worn out looking. The lights were on, but it still seemed dim inside. Also the air inside was “thick” of grease… Luckily it was nice outside so that’s where we sat so we wouldn’t get a coating of grease built up on us while we ate. And I know inflation has been crazy lately but dang…$10 just for a cheeseburger, no drink or fries. And when I got my bag of food, the fries were dumped in it seems, so I had to find my burger under a pile of fries. So while the food was tasty, coming back after a decade hiatus was disappointing, at least for me. Your mileage will vary, of course.

This was my 1st time there. The place was nice and clean. All most sterile. The employees were nice, I had a cheeseburger and fries. Took maybe 5 minutes to get my order. I took it to go. When I got back to work and started opening up my burger, I had 2 people ask what it was and stated that it smelt good. Half of my fries were great and the other half was not cooked all the way. There may have been a trainee doing the fries. The food was good, except half the fries. I was able to pick my toppings, and that was nice. Not sure if I’ll go back. $16+ for a cheeseburger and fries is not sustainable for a work lunch every day.

I’m sorry but $20 and your fires have so.much salt on them you can’t even taist the fries. I asked for light salt and wow. Tried to eat my burger and the bun was soggy and there was no taist to the meat. I don’t know what happened here but service went down last year and now the food has too.
Sorry I can’t eat here anymore.

Fries and Cajun fries had so much salt on then they could kill ya. Lettuce was rusty and nasty. Hot dogs where borderline burnt. Won’t be back.

Employees were very nice !
The burger was good a little messy I’d give it a 7/10
The fries have way to much seasoning to the point you choke trying to eat them or just from the smell of the seasoning.
Very expensive ! $45 for 2 meals .. the fries themselves were $11

This was definitely the worst experience we have had with five guys…
The regular fries was very small with a lot of small bits. Additionally, my cheeseburger was completely destroyed in the wrapping.
