High-priced yes. High Quality–absolutely! JOSE helped us patiently decide among the short list that is basically a burger with tone of options and toppings and a hot dog with several options. The split grilled hot dog was one of the best quality hot dog I have ever had. Others chose burgers with one or two patties with bacon and cheese combinations. I like that the food is mild, not spicy and you can choose lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and more.
The ice tea machine offers 4 versions of tea so i chose to mix and match several flavors. They also have the Cocacola ® freesyle® machines.
French fries are crisp outside and steamy inside.
Note that they offer shelled peanuts so be aware for allergens.
Indoor standard tables and bar sitting with view to outdoors for indoor dining and 2 outdoor tables with umbrellas
Accessible restroom with 2 grab bars and 5ft x 5ft area.
Accessible van parking spaces in free lot shared by various shops with curb cuts at corners.

Absolutely the worst customer service and non compliance of food & beverage laws. I’m still not sure of what was going on in that restaurant Tuesday night but it was packed. Was it a BOGO special? Well, they shouldn’t have any specials when the staff cant handle a crowd. Little girl bouncing around like she’s cute or something and trying to impress people but you are totally unprofessional. There was a massive crowd and she was pulling orders out of this machine and not placing them in order of receipt. In the order of receipt, would make sense especially when you have 100 people staring at you and waiting for their food. As for me, I was working and needed to make a delivery. But nope, I had to wait 45 minutes because she didn’t do her job. And when confronted about it, she gives you attitude. I did ask for her name and she wanted to know why? I think she told me her name but It wasn’t clear to me. I’m sure I will see her again. Its the same exact crew working all the time. And I still want to know who owns this store. You need to know that your staff is not doing a good job. Especially, especially, you can not leave a food area then go on the floor and then go on the register and then go back to handling food WITHOUT washing your hands. Come on! Food prep 101. I’ve been going to this Five Guys since its inception like, 20 years ago – and it’s consistently been one of the best fast food restaurants in the business. And I’ve seen the same dude (whose name I just learned today is Fausto) consistently running the show PERFECTLY. He’s always perfectly in charge of his team and ensuring the food is being delivered impeccably; it’s always hot, fresh and tastes delicious. Every single time. Without fail.
I hope this man is getting paid well because he is one of the most loyal and hardworking customer service workers I’ve ever seen – he legit deserves a raise. Thank you for making this the best Five Guys restaurant in the country, Fausto! You’re amazing!

These burgers are hands down THE best around. I’ve had many a burger across the country, no one beats these guys in my opinion. Never once have had an issue with the food, quality, or service. I will be a life long patron so long as they change nothing.

I have a severe gluten and dairy allergy. I’ve not gotten sick here once. The manager is usually there when I order. This time he really went above and beyond. My mom and I wanted to split a burger but I can’t have the bun and she can and she wanted one. He cooked the burger and condiments and put them all separate so that she could have a bun and I could still do my lettuce wrap. I actually made a little bacon burger salad and it was AMAZING! Only someone who really understands can offer this. Thank You so much!

I went to 5 guys on Gulf to bay Blvd in Clearwater and ordered large Cajun fry. The fries were nice and hot , the taste was great! I appreciate the freshness! They also have a nice staff there as well.

Food is never ready. Definitely my last time coming. I come to this location because it’s near my job but my pick order is never ready. This time I sat in the parking lot and waited an extra 15 min. When I walk in they have the paper bag sitting there but not ready. They only had a couple sitting by the window in the restaurant .
