Terrible. Placed a mobile order for my wife and I. The left out my entire French fries. I didn’t even go back to complain because I am tired and work tomorrow. But this place is just terrible, been here about 2 times and both times have been horrible. Cold food and fries, and they charge 64c for the cheese sauce, robbery lol

Never coming back to this Wendys. Avoid if possible. Chick fil a is a second away and a billion times better.

Manager be attentive, I arrived 45 minutes before closing and they knocked down the system order so that I didn’t order, I went through the window and they hid , the third time I passed behind me there were two more cars and they had to answer even though they knocked down the ordering system once again , y uno de los trabajadores salio gritando a las 2 termine no me importan las ordenes

Been going to this Wendy’s for years, I gave this Wendy’s about five chances before writing this review about just the horrible service. I have gotten every single time I have dined in inside this Wendy’s. Just went in for a simple breakfast with my family and was met with workers that Have attitudes, don’t know English, and don’t care about service at all. Was forced to pay $.50 per sauce. Food was horribly stale drink machine was off as usual And left with a disappointed family as usual. This Wendy’s needs new management or should be closed down permanently. I hate that I cannot get a simple breakfast with my family at this point at this Wendy’s location.

I would like to commend Karen. She listen to my request and made it happen with a smile. The second person I would like to acknowledge is Diolinda, she was working the fryer she also made happen with a smile. Daines, I guess the manager, does not care to much about customer service. After I made my purchase of chicken tenders, I notice there was a promotion in the Wendy’s app for free fries with purchase of $5 or more and I ask her it would honor it after the fact. She replied with a no. It seems to me that she was been very petty over some fries that they sometimes they throw away.

Employees are amazing I’ve been coming here for a couple years now but what I find absolutely insulting and outrageous is a fast food joint expecting customers to pay 50 extra cents for each packet of sauce they want. Bbq doesn’t even come with your fries or nuggets anymore you’d think it would but nope they’re making you pay a whole half a dollar for each little miserable sauce pack. It’s insanity and Wendy’s out their mind if they think anyone’s ok with coming to a fast food joint to pay extra for some sauce that’s always came with the food. Safe to say I’m not paying that ever

Charging 50 cents for a sauce is crazy! My chicken sandwich is supposed to already have mayo and they put so little you can’t even taste it..I refuse to pay extra for sauce. …so I had a dry sandwich.. It’s not the money, it’s the principle..no wonder they’re losing business…never coming here again

The last time I checked it was advertised that I can order a design from Wendy’s at anytime. Yet Everytime I go to Wendy’s after a certain time to get a pickup order for a frosty ya know Wendy’s signature item their machine is off or down. She said they cut it off at 1 but the last time it was the machine was broken. They just tell you request a refund on the app which is a hassle . Offered “free” food after saying I wasn’t charged and that they cancelled the order but when I go to the app it showed it was still there. I tried to cancel it manually but was given a error screen. Horrible experience for me and the wife

Not only is the service super terrible here every time I come, but today is literally the last day I ever come here after I found a roach inside of my burger when I bring it back to the manager, she said and I quote. Oh but the roaches dead can you just take it out? This has to be the worst Wendy on planet Earth. They really need to hire a new manager here.

Driving on the highway, saw sign for Wendy’s, took off ramp just to discover Wendy’s is over 3 miles away. Had I known, I never would have exited the highway and looked for something closer. Very misleading.

You know what’s crazy? Ordering 10 minutes ahead on the app, arriving and being told to wait another 10 minutes in a parking spot and then the food coming out cold. And on top of that they have a new AI drive thru which is slow so expect longer drive thru times.
