My husband and I go to this Walmart regularly behind the Wendy’s and stop for breakfast.
I learned Mia’s name this morning that Always waits on us in the drive thru.
I run a WOSB and have an eye for detail and customer service.
I wished I could hire her! Wendy’s u have an asset in this employee, one we are in short supply of.
Nice smile, always HOT FOOD, napkins. You never have to ask for the things that is supposed to be in the bag.
I believe when people r constantly great at their job they need acknowledging for it!
Wendy’s please note her supper job!

I use to like this location… Managers have always been nice when she’s serving at the window. Anyone else I can’t and will no longer eat here 3 strikes and that 3rd was today. When I pay for my food I don’t want to have to ask for my receipt. Two don’t talk to me like I’m your friend at the window and three presentation is key you give me a bag with grease seeping through with oil soaked fries. Last they never listen to order size. This is the 3rd time my experience was not good and I’m officially done with Wendy’s. Don’t need to be eating this stuff anyway i just wanted a sandwich but today was confirmation I don’t need it. A waste of money and time.

I cannot say enough about how professionally this crew handled what could have been a disaster of a situation. The crew was having some register issues, so had to use an alternate register for drive through customers. The line was backing so I totally understand why they were in a rush. I could go into particulars here, but I’ll just say that my order was not correct and what was correct was not good. I was handed my food, and had to ask for my drink. I had waited so long that I just wasn’t thinking and I drove off without my change. It was a nightmare trying to navigate traffic to get back to the store. I was expecting a confrontation. However, the level of friendliness and professionalism that I received was top notch. The manager and crew were amazing. I’m glad I went inside, because it was clear that they were all working hard to make not only my experience a better one, but were also actively taking steps to make sure the other patrons in the dining room were also having a positive visit. I will definitely return!

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been too.
I come here late night because I get off wicked late from work. Not only is the drive in guy kind- he’s competent! I’ve never gotten cold food. Attitude for the hour I’ve arrived. AND he never forgets my sauce!!!
Truly a rare gem these days. Thank you drive thru guy. You make this experience worth while and this is why I continually choose yall. See ya next hungry late night!!

Orders regularly missing things, so always check your order before leaving whether it’s pickup or drive-thru. If you try calling the store and you made the order on the app, they’ll send you back through the app for supports, which takes forever to get to someone if you even get to someone. Overall, would the pricing and the amount of inaccuracies from these overpaid workers that can’t do the job correctly, I think I’ll be eating at home from now on as it’s simply not worth it. Maybe I can try Wendy’s again when they hire robots that do the job correctly and in turn likely results in cost reduction due to lower labor costs. There’s no reason after working 19 hours straight that when I pay $20 for the only thing I’ve had to eat that day that I shouldn’t have everything I ordered and it to be quality. I’ll leave you photos of the fries with one undercooked piece of bacon and burnt bacon, and then a potato that also had burned bacon, that tasted like it was 2 weeks old. Looks yummy, doesn’t it?

We had 3 orders, and all 3 were wrong, mine was supposed to be a double bacon cheeseburger, as you can see from the picture there was no bacon and it wasn’t double patty.

Pretty good service. Read the reviews before hand before coming, food was good and correct. Everything was served in an orderly time, separate bags and a larger bag was given (we didn’t even have to ask for it!).

I’ve been to this Wendy’s multiple times, and every time, I have been met with good service, delicious food, and a clean environment. This establishment is the finest Wendy’s I’ve been to this side of the earth! I would recommend to anyone wanting a quick bite and cheap prices! The meal you see in this photo cost me $4.47!
