I hate leaving negative reviews, but this Sonic is consistently a hit or miss- and unfortunately, tonight was another miss.

I sat in the drive-through for over 5 minutes waiting to place my order and no one ever answered. I could see a car ahead of me get serviced, so I know the system was working. After waiting, I pulled around to the window and saw one employee inside, but he never turned around or acknowledged me at all.

I understand being busy, but there was only one car ahead of me, none behind me, and one car in the carhop parking. If you’re short-staffed or temporarily unable to take orders, some acknowledgment or communication would go a long way.

This location has been unreliable too many times, and it’s frustrating to waste time without even being acknowledged.

Every slow service. They were not busy, we ordered a drink and a blizzard and waited almost 15 minutes for the board to say our order was on its way 3 minutes later it still hadn’t came. Total of close to 20 minutes waiting on the car hop to get to car with order then several minutes for her to count the correct change.

If I could leave no stars, I definitely would. Have gone to this location on numerous occasions and have always had troubles with “no fried food available” so I accommodated to what’s available way too many times – I had an online order and sat at the kiosk for way too long, went around to the drive thru and I’m asked if I’d like a refund instead of my food being made. Drove to the window and I see the employees sitting on the counters vaping enjoying their sonic food and drinks. Was also told the refund would take numerous days and that it’s best to reach out to the number on the app.. thanks.

Services bad but I ordered a shake and it was made bad not sure what was in it however did not taste to it like a normal shake and I had came 3 different times to make sure that I am not being extra.
The service sucks like employees don’t deserve the job no the 1 star
I’m really disappointed with this location from management to customer service I was served the shake with a whole in the cup.

We ordered on the app and checked in. We only had drinks after waiting 10minutes they turned all the lights off and closed a hour earlier than posted times. When drive around they came to tell it was closed. I told them I had a mobile order and had been checked in for 10 minutes. The guy left came back with my drinks that were already ready and sitting on the counter. He just said here and walked off.

Showed up around 6:15 to get some breakfast before work. Place wasn’t even opened yet. Staff was there, and a Keith truck dropping off orders, yet I was told to come back later due to the truck being present.

From a very busy and frustrating day, decide to end it with a warm bite to eat. I pull in to sonic and notice the party melts are back. So excited I ordered one with my favorite drink. They wait wasn’t too long but it didn’t bother me being there weren’t any people around.

When I get my food, I decided to just go on in for the night. I get to my destination and bite my Party melt and it taste scorched. I open the sandwich and it’s burnt and the sides are really hard. One side of it is edible with out the scorched taste. To top it off, when I went to wash down the scorch, I didn’t get a straw either…Well there went my fun dinner.

They have a really nice and clean dining area outside. I should have sat out there it would have been easier to address the issue, but it is so hard to get in and out of the area because of the traffic, I really don’t want to go back about it.

Better luck next time. Bummer Day Over.

Although they were neither busy nor particularly fast, the food was hot, tasty, and everything you would expect from a Sonic. Note that this property has only one access point from Sheridan Road, which can be tedious during busy traffic.
