We kicked off with the triple dipper, and wow, they never disappoint. Chili’s chips are next level. Always crispy, warm, perfectly salted, and they hold up great when dipping. The queso was creamy, cheesy, and had that perfect melty texture with just the right kick. The guacamole was fresh, chunky, and full of flavor—great balance of avocado, lime, and seasoning.
I don’t like that they make it difficult to pay if you make a mistake on the self pay machu, they’re not very helpful. The server was rushing to finish serving us so they could leave and we needed the checks re-sorted and change for cash and another server tried to help but also rushed so we never got exaowgat we needed. THEIR margarita was watered down. I couldn’t to taste the alcohol very much.
But, the food was cooked well, as usual. The server did charge me for the small cheese dip in a tiny plastic ramican. It was definitely not worth $1.5-2 ai asked for a substitute for the tomato based salsa that is served with the chips before the meal before I can’t eat tomatoes, I did not expect to get charged for that without being told clearly that they can’t sub it for free. I felt ripped off.
Other than that everything went well. I wish their tables and booths were cleaned better some of the seating service areas feel sticky.
What stood out most was the cozy, upbeat atmosphere. Guests were chatting and enjoying their meals, and it felt warm rather than noisy. It’s the kind of vibe that makes everyone feel comfortable.
I love Chili’s and will definitely keep coming back. It’s a place that combines good food, good people, and a genuinely pleasant experience every time!
Worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant and it happened when we took my son here for his second birthday. Waited long to be asked what we wanted to drink and when we were asked we weren’t greeted or anything just a “what do you want to drink” and that’s it. Appetizer brought out without plates, napkins, straws for our drinks, and silverware. My husband and another guest had to go find napkins at a waitress station and had to ask a bus boy for our straws. When our meal was finally brought out we still didn’t have silverware so he had to go hunting for that after waiting a very long time for someone to come check in on us. When we placed our drink order our waitress said that they would sing to my son and bring him ice cream for his birthday, neither of those happened as we barely saw anyone the whole time. We had to go out of our way every time to try to have a basic need met. When we were ready to leave we waited and waited to see if they would sing and bring ice cream, nobody showed up not even to ask for to go cups or boxes. We had to ask a bus boy once again to bring us boxes for our food. We are so disappointed not for just the dine in experience but disappointed for our son’s birthday lunch that only happens once a year. After we left we had to take him somewhere else for his ice cream. We paid a lot of money for “okay” food and horrible service on a day we’ll never get back. Please do better.
