Female in the drive thru gave me a dirty look when I asked where my 3rd sandwich was using the app. Got 1 free and bought 2 . She stated I was only charged for 2 I was like ya but I was using a free one. If looks could kill I would be dead but she got my sandwich sent me on my way.

I made a mobile order. Picked up inside. Only 2 Fries and a Large Sweet tea. Waited 15mins. No one at the counter. And then someone drop the bag at the pick up counter. But we’re missing an iced tea. So i waited 5mins. No one brought the iced tea. I tried calling someone behind the counter, Excuse me. Very nicely. But she just disregarded me. Asked again a few times. Same thing. So rude. Never have i ever left a review for a Mcdonalds. But i feel like i have to write this down. Because even then, the people orders at the counter before us, haven received their food. They only focused on getting the drive thru orders, and neglecting people who came inside.

So I wanted a Cotton Candy sprite from the secret menu and a manager in the back told the cashier we don’t do secret menu items here. The cashier was awesome and made it for me. But to the kid in the back, maybe you should research your menu better.

Wonderful experience here while traveling through. There was a difficult customer in here and the staff all handled it so well. The gentleman providing service in the lobby was top tier!
