I went inside to carry out and was warmly greeted. The cashier was super friendly and enthusiastic which made the experience easier. Food came out hot and fresh and was still hot after driving 10 minutes home. Thank you for a great meal!

This location never gets my order right. Staff are all very friendly and pleasant but man I just want my order made correctly for once. This is such a frequent issue that I took to the customer service email to alert the management of this location of the frequent incorrectly made items, and she was very apologetic and sent some coupons, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, each time I’ve been back since then, my order continues to be incorrect. Tonight, I ordered a salted caramel shake. It came out as a concrete mixer. Alright, fine, I’ll wait for it to melt a bit. After waiting a bit I taste it and it doesn’t taste like salted caramel, just regular- but, perhaps thatcould be my own mistaken perception, I think to myself and continue eating. A few more bites reveals that there are chunks of cookie dough in it. I probably got someone else’s order. I get it, things happen..but it’s literally every time I go here which is why I’m taking to to a review at this point. Every time I go my custard order is either made with the wrong flavor custard or has the wrong toppings on it (which is not always immediately apparent, because for whatever reason this location also likes to put candy at the BOTTOM of the sundae dish so you don’t actually get any until the last few bites). Idk. I just want to leave this place with my correct order for once. I do always go through drive thru so this may be a drive thru specific issue

It was a convenient stop on my way out of Madison.
The restaurant was clean & quiet.

Idk if its the staff or what but I’m always waiting a ridiculous amount of time for 1 item. I get the “freshness’ and ‘cook to order’ but the service is thee slowest, at this location.
I’ve been the only one in line and it took 15 minutes to make a single scoop. The staff just stands around talking about nonsense

Ordered a banana split. The person didnt know how to make it. He prepared it without gloves. When he handed me the smashed dripping mess, I asked for a bag and was given a small paper bag. I asked another employee for larger bag, and was given an even smaller paper bag and told to put it in sideways. The turtle was ordered with extra pecans, no extra pecans were given. You one or two people on the registers, another three just standing around on their phone, another three working the window, and however many in the back, and not a lock of common sense to be found. Are these people even trained? Seems like there is no standard at all. If so the bar is set dismally low.

I had just got off work & stopped by Culver’s on my way home to get something to-go. I was putting stuff away in my backpack & Lynette was incredibly nice & told me I could’ve did that on the counter instead of the floor. I was about to leave without a frozen custard, but she reminded me & offered to make me one fresh rather than me getting it out the freezer since she said they’ve been there from the time she made them at 9am. The custard tasted great along with the rest of my food
