First time in, waitress when taking drink order didn’t write it down had to come back several times to ask us what we got. When she did finally make it back with the drinks, she forgot my girlfriends water. Appetizers wasn’t bad, Conch Fritters & Stuffed Potatoe was the best out of the 3 we got. I ordered to New England Steam Pot, it wasn’t bad, but the butter tasted funny, pretty sure was the mixture of all the seafood it sat in. Girlfriend got the Maryland Crab Cakes, she said it wasn’t bad. On to the “FREE” dessert with any entrée, it’s a taste of the dessert. Not an actual dessert. The size of it would be good for a toddler just beginning to eat solids, but not an adult. We might stop in again, for the Fritters & Stuffed Potatoe, wouldn’t mind trying the meatloaf & Shepherds Pie, pretty sure there is a few more items I could find. For now with experience felt like 3 stars, hopefully next time it will be better.

When the weather is nice I enjoy sitting on the patio and would have loved to be on the patio again but we choose to sit inside where it was warmer. Always nice to have an option.

We ordered here, through DoorDash, on New Year’s Eve. Our order went in at 7:01 pm, but apparently they had closed early for the holiday. They did not, however, adjust their hours on the DoorDash app, so I had no way of knowing this. At 7:43, a woman that worked there called and absolutely blasted me for ordering after hours. She told me that the entire place had to stay open for just me, and told me to call DoorDash to get a driver there. I told her I thought they were open until 8. She said they normally were, but not tonight, so to get something done about it, that everyone was waiting on my order so they could lock up and leave. I let the DoorDash driver that was on the way know that they had closed early and were waiting. When the driver got to my house, she said the woman handing her my food was super rude and said the same things to her about being closed and having to wait. I ordered about $65 worth of sandwiches in this order, and have been a regular customer for some time, but I can’t see myself ever ordering from here again. When we got the sandwiches, they were dried out and barely had anything on them. They really went out of their way to take it out on the driver and I that day for their own mistake in not updating their hours.

Wonderful place! I had their 1/4 lb burger on the brioche bun and it was gone in a matter of seconds. Server was amazing and attentive and we haven’t even gotten to dessert! Definitely come here for a mid price, wonderful time with great food!

I never expected to find great Cuban food in Zephryhills! The deviled crabs are FULL of crab meat and the Cubans are made with real La Segunda Cuban bread, not the hoagie like knockoff Cuban bread.

The menu is huge with a ton of options. From Cuban cuisine to country cooking. It is a combo feel of a diner, family restaurant and even a bar! Checked all my boxes. Very reasonable prices! A lot of dinners even include a beverage and dessert!! I had meatloaf and mashed potatoes…large portion, but couldn’t stop eating because it was THAT good. My hubby had a burger and potato salad. Good but not the best ever. Sweet tea was perfect. We both went with the FREE banana cake for dessert…probably the best I’ve had. Looks like they have a lot of daily specials and a rotating specials menu. I was hearing a lot of oohs and aahs from the people who had the roast beef. Looking forward to going back and trying their Cuban food. Highly recommend!!

It wasn’t bad the servers were very nice. You get large portions and the mashed potatoes with Mac and Cheese were good. The Gravy on my country fried steak taste home made and not out of a can. My country fried steak was a little too chewy for me but my friend with me got meatloaf and it was good. They also have outside seating.

My friend, Ron, took us to this place for lunch. He said it was a pretty good restaurant and it was an accidental find for him. Well, I was seriously happy he suggested it! Amazing food, great menu, clean restrooms, lots of tables and space to not be cramped in. Wait staff, wonderful, friendly folks. Nice decor, nothing over the top so it was a very comfortable place for us to get together with “Good Eats” as Alton Brown would say.

Today was my first visit to this place. Very pricey but the food is delicious!!! Meal price INCLUDES drink AND dessert so may not be as pricey as I may think. Seafood galore but I had shepherds pie that was absolutely yummy. Dessert was a butterscotch brownie sundae, perfect size. Just enough to top of a delicious meal. Next time I go, the steamed pot …. with clams, shrimp and lobster with corn and taters….yum yum….Go between 12-2 for early bird special. Also serves alcohol if your into a cocktail before or with your meal. Waitress was good, service spot on. Yup, I’m going back.

This was my 1st time at the restaurant walk-in absolutely nobody says hi how are you doing? How can I help you? The two girls that were upfront one was short with long black hair the other one was a little taller with shorter hair. Neither one of them said hi Or even Acknowledged me in any way shape or form. I got my own menu when I went to order the shorter Girl told me she couldn’t help me Even though she was doing absolutely nothingthe other other girl had to take my order. I guess she was there to go girl. I ordered two Cuban sandwiches one with french fries one with black beans and yellow rice waited probably about 20 minutes or so. It was pretty packed just about five minutes before my food came out. She comes up to me and asked do you want dessert not saying dessert was included. It took me a second then I asked them is that included so I did get strawberry shortcake extremely small dessert got my order. When I went home, opened up the boxes my Cuban sandwich that was supposed to have french fries wasn’t there called up there The girl Told me to hold on came back on the phone blamed it on the cook so they didn’t recheck your order even though she was there to go person and it was her job to Make sure the order was correct before she handed to me. The Cuban sandwiches were very good. The friendliness an attitude of the employees in the restaurant very very, very poor very horrible experience with the employees there Even when standing there watching the hostess, rolling their eyes at other guests coming in just simply horrible. Even though the Cuban sandwiches were very good. Don’t do not think I would go back there again probably would go all the way to Tampa before I went there. Most of the time it’s not just the food but the employees at a restaurant which makes it really really good
