This was our first visit to Van Binh and it was a great dining experience. We started our meal with spring rolls and battered shrimp. The shrimp were perfectly cooked with a yummy batter and nice dipping sauce, the spring rolls were also very tasty. For our mains we ordered the pork rib meat with spicy sauce and beef fried rice. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience, the food was tasty, the portions were large and the service was good. My only tiny complaint was the cheesy music they have playing on a loop.

Some of the reviews I read about this place complained about lack of English and rude waiters. As an American living in Warsaw I never expect that I will find an English speaking server, I am totally prepared to figure it out but am always grateful when I can order in English. Our server spoke English very well, absolutely no problems, he was very helpful and friendly.

I will definitely be returning to Van Binh!

As a Vietnamese, this restaurant serves exactly the same dishes that we had in Vietnam. I often eat Bún bò there. I love it so much. The beef, the broth, the pineapple and herbs combination is the best. It brought me memomories with My mom when she prepared some similar broth. I often ordered on app. The price is actually cheaper than other Viet Restaurant. Sometimes I came to dine in. The style, the service and food are just amazing.
Cảm ơn cô chú đã nấu ngon như vậy

It was great to be there. The service was friendly and fast. The food was awesome too. We tried a mix of veg and non veg dishes and all of them were great. We had pad thai, ramen, crispy chicken, dumplings and chicken fried rice and some drinks.

Until recently, this was my favorite pho bo because the broth was very flavorful and, most importantly, the meat was great—lean and without excess fat.

But look at what I’ve received the last two times when ordering through the Wolt app.

This is supposed to be “beef,” but as you can see in the photo, it’s just skin. In that case, please write in the product description that it’s “pho bo with beef skin,” not meat. There are no bean sprouts (the Wolt photo clearly shows they should be included), not even a hint of them, and no chili sauce either.

The same thing happened last time. Honestly, I think it would be fair to sue you if I weren’t too lazy, because this is outright fraud. I will never give this place another chance. DISGUSTING!

Don’t know why some people complain about wait staff speaking very little or no English at all. The Lady who took our order spoke fluent English and fluent Polish.

Ordered the main stay of Vietnamese cuisine; beef Pho. Broth was excellent. Rather skimpy on beef but what would you expect for below 20 pzl? Lack of mint, though.

Spring rolls… well, this was something brand new to us and never experienced in countless Vietnamese joints across Asia and North America… spring rolls (or almost spring balls) didn’t have the usual mixture of thin been thread, carrots, bean sprouts, etc., but rather something totally different (tasted good). Served together with… salad of Polish sauerkraut “surówka”. Quite an entertaining combination. Sauce was also of a different type then normally found with this appetizer but… quite tasty.

The addition of sliced garlic pickled in vinegar (and some added sugar) was simply outstanding.

It was a great outing and service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I really like this place! For such small prizes you can have huge quantities real well-made Vietnamese food. The bad this is that just one or two waiters speak a little of English, but the place was really comfortable.

Not so good.
Friendly service.
Food mediocre. I ate this dish in many restaurants in three countries, including Vietnam. The sauce didn’t have the right balance of fish sauce, acidity and sugar. It had way too much sugar. It had only very little fresh herbs (coriander) on top. Fresh herbs is what I usually appreciate about Vietnamese food.

The beers were served below the 0,5L marking, which for me as a German is a no-go. The main point of criticism remains the taste of food though.

Quite good food. Service ok-ish. Place itself – nothing interesting, quite old. If there is no other option the why not but I don’t expect to return over there.
