Guys I got a Large Mocha Frappé and it was so good. So good that it left me in the bathroom for 5 hours. I’ve never pooped so much in my life. Thank you for clearing my stomach.
Again really good mocha frappés. I deeply recommend, especially if you’re looking for a beautiful bathroom experience.

so the food is good and all but when doing a mobile order it always takes 30-45 minutes no matter if we do it here or before we get here. have to walk in a get it most of the time bc nobody brings it out like supposed to. everyone sitting and talking most of the time, never coming to the counter with multiple people waiting. overall a bad experience.

pulled into the drive-through at 8 PM on a 3 hour and i’m STARVED and honestly couldn’t be bothered to get out of my car. no one ever came to serve me. The drive-through has an automated voice that pops up with every driver that drives up that makes it sound as if a human is at the drive-through to take your order just for you to sit there for 10 to 15 minutes depending on how dedicated you are. Drove to the second window saw people inside look at me sit there for a whole 5 minutes and go back to doing nothing. honestly, it’s my fault for even going to buy this food in the first place.

Why 1 star? I’ve so had it with this place. Rude is not strong enough. They stand at drive thru chatting n laughing it up with whomever. Have waited 28 minutes. Was laughed at when asked why. The female that dyes her hair very light n shift manager. Tonight my Son experienced the same treatment. Not sure if the same people. I’m not the only one. Lived here 20+ years and its actually gotten worse.

they pulled me for 2 caramel frappe and cookies and then after we paid and gave us the cookies he gone say the machine down but the manager was super nice i think that was the manger she had all red on and fixed the machine and gave us large drinks

I’ve been to this particular McDonald’s several times while working in the area and every time it’s the same thing. There’s a long line in the drive thru and when you get to the window you either have to wait for your food or they make you pull up to a reserved spot. This time I ordered the double quarter pounder meal. When I pulled up to the window i had to wait 5-10 minutes for my food. The worker said they were waiting for fresh fries and after a while I recieved my food. As soon as I got the bag noticed a weird smell I thought nothing of it I parked and clocked out for lunch. To my surprise when I open my bag I discovered that my fries the source of the weird smell because they were cooked in old oil. There was black particles and chunks of previously fried food in my box. I didn’t eat it and realized that I wasn’t given a receipt so I just went on with my meal.
My burger was sloppy and wasn’t cooked all the way as you can hopefully see in my pictures attached to this review. I spent $12 on this food and I am thoroughly disappointed and saddened by my experience. I’ll never come back and hopefully this helps others.

you will never get hot or warm fries via doordash i live less than a mile and still didnt get hot fries i order nuggets almost twice a week for the kids also ordered the grinch fries today how do you expect me to pay $4.39 for something when you cant commit to quality, not just with fries but the nuggets and burgers arrive cold as well stop selling old and cold foor take notes from raising canes and quality check that if you make too much food and it doesnt sell and get cold thats not my fault dont sent old food you do realize it cost like we pay so you get paid ?

On the road north leaving New Orleans vacation, stopped in drive-thru to get quick food. Since they never displayed the order on the menu screen when the gave us our total, I didn’t know they rang in a 6pc Happy Meal instead of just the nuggets I ordered untill l I paid and got my receipt. Being on a trip and not wanting to mess with refunds on my card, I let it slide. Oh well, I only paid for stuff I didn’t order, right? Then when we get to the pickup window, they didn’t know what order was ours (and this was NOT a double ordering lanes location.) After they handed us the “right” order and saying “Thanks,” upon checking the bag, we were missing a whole sandwich. When I told them it wasn’t in the bag they got really snippy saying it wasn’t done cooking and would we pull forward, after already giving us 75% of our order. We refused to pull forward, and said we’d be at the window when it was done. The dude cussed us out when we finally got the last item. Don’t go here people, just wait for the next McDonald’s exit.

Have been in Ponchatoula 3 years now and had to update my review of this establishment. When we first moved here service was great. Friendly staff and great service – scored a 5. Today, it’s terrible. Horrible. Nobody at the counter if you need anything. Not a single napkin, straw or anything avaliable in the dining area if u need it. Nothing. You have to literally go in the kitchen and ask. The staff uses the dining area as their break room/sleeping quarters – see pic. Unbelievable. The only thing even remotely OK is that the play area for kids is spacious and has plenty of seating. The drive through is so slow it often backs up out into the highway. Very disappointing to see that mcdonalds has regressed to this state. And now, they have decided to lower prices, but serve kid meal sized portions as a result. Truly makes you wonder how they even stay in business.
