What goes on at this Etowah TN location?!?!? This has gone on for days. I’ve never received a good drink here either. I’ve mentioned this multiple times and even called corporate to complain. You get handed a drink and you are miles away before you realize it is awful. They already have your money, so they don’t care. Does anyone care? Do something with this place!

First and last time eating here. We ordered two big macs and a order of fries. The Big macs were very old. They had been sitting for hours or possibly overnight. The fries were obviously fried in grease that hasn’t been changed in a very long time. For food that cost over 16 dollars you would expect to get edible food but we had to thow it away because we were afraid it would make us sick. Seriously we passed up roadkill on they way home that looked better and safer than this nightmare fuel that was served to us.

Susan was at the register, and not sure what was wrong with her. But she had an absolute attitude with me and my husband as soon as we got to the register. We didn’t make a big deal or say anything, but y’all should put a nice person on register. Susan needs an attitude adjustment. Food was good though.

After being told my mobile order was flagged and we couldn’t pick it up, we ordered at the register. After getting home we realized that they completely left out the happy meal for our kid but gave us the milk. Poor attitudes and poor service.

Been twice in the last week. This time I ordered 2 10 packs of nuggets along with other items and didn’t get either order of nuggets. The time before I ordered 2 number 7s which is a 10 piece nugget and they gave me hamburgers instead 2 of the 10 piece. Of course both times I didn’t check my bag until I was already home in Englewood and it was too late.

The employees were helpful and willing to compensate any way they were able. Most of the food as well as the ice cream was not available when we went. No fries, chicken, or quarter pound patties.

Yesterday we ordered 2 fish filets and they were SO fresh and perfectly put together! On our way home, we stopped by again, and once again the sandwiches were on point! The area was clean, the tables could be wiped more….. but other than that, fresh food and hard workers!

Update: They still can’t get it right. Adding a picture of my most recent purchase of a Sausage McGriddle. How can you forget the sausage! Not a difficult order!!
It took 34 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwiches, large fries, a chocolate milkshake and a sweet tea. One sandwich was supposed to be deluxe (which cost extra) and one was supposed to be the regular sandwich. Neither one was deluxe. Since we are local, we eat here frequently and have regularly experienced problems with our orders and the length of time to get our food. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the employees have usually been very friendly. It appears the problem is under-staffing. They always have a hiring sign, so I’m hopeful this location will improve. However, with the time it takes to get the food out, they can at least be sure the order is correct…. I don’t mind waiting.
