Came in at 11:40 AM, so not open long. The state of the women’s bathroom was concerning. Large stall had no toilet paper. Someone had placed a roll of paper towels in the stall, which will cause plumbing issues if used and flushed. Overflowing soiled trash.
The Club and BC soup were good as usual. I’m glad they use the paper under the food because the plate had a dark film all over the edges that could be scratched away.

Came here for Veterans Day because the internet said they have specials for Veterans today. Came inside and asked about the specials, was kinda rudely told that this store does not have that offer sorry….
Not friendly about it at all so the lady who was nice and serving us gsve us free drinks. Um…ok update…. got a reach out, tried again and not good at all. I think this location is off the books for me!!! My smikehouse potatoes is less than satisfactory based on price and what the description and other locations provide…. 0 stars on quality

We had to wait for 30 minutes to eat dine in for two entrees. At a place like this, that should probably not happen, especially when already paying $32 for two meals and drinks. The service was just simply not great, I know to go to other locations from now on.
We ended up asking for a refund and the manager handled that very professionally. We also found out that there was a problem with one of the items we got, but we were not warned.

Food and service were great. Music was too loud and another customer was singing along. I had the Savannah Chopped salad with sherry shallot dressing, was delicious. The full salad is so large, the half salad was plenty for one person. The young man who took my order was so helpful, when I asked about ingredients in the salad dressing, he went to the back and took a pic of the container and read it off to me, above and beyond! Only thing to make this a perfect visit would be to turn down the volume on that music. Not everybody likes the same genre of music, so perhaps a softer, instrumental music would be more universally friendly and less like karaoke. Great food and service.

We absolutely love coming to McAlister’s Deli and it has quickly become our favorite sandwich spot. The sandwiches are always generously made and really filling, with great flavor in every bite. Their soups are just as good and always taste fresh and comforting.

The kitchen was clearly struggling tonight. My son’s grilled cheese had turkey on it when I asked for cheese only. Forgot my salad dressing, forgot my side of potato salad, and forgot my side of fruit. I checked the bag before leaving and was able to get my order corrected, but the entire process from order to correctly made food over 20 minutes.
The guys in the front were very polite and righted the wrong without issue. However, the I assume Kitchen manager (he was on inside expo) was audibly snarky with the staff.

This McAlister’s is always habitually slow. It’s crazy because anytime I go to any other McAlister’s I never have that issue. I understand that restaurants will be busy sometimes. I just waited 30 mins for 8-door dash order. I was probably about 6 minutes out before I could even get there. When I walked in there was only one other person in line. It seems to be like that every time I go to this one. I don’t know maybe awesome how just hit him at the wrong time where my order gets screwed up. The last three times I’ve been in there they’ve had an issue.

One of the managers/employees (Jamar, I think) went above and beyond making a meal for my son, who has a lot of food allergies. I appreciate the hard work that went into accommodating for my son.
We will definitely be back!
P.s. we were there at about 2pm, and there wasn’t a lot of employees working…maybe a lot were on break. Other customers were not happy with the amount of wait, at that time. /: hopefully management can make some necessary changes during that time…to avoid stress.

We stood in line for approximately 5 minutes. We ordered and my wife said no pickle, he read the order back but included a pickle, no big deal. It did make me wonder what else he didn’t hear. So, my wife had ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, they brought a grilled chicken club, which she doesn’t care for. They took it back and I asked for the different in price. The manager said….so you ordered a grilled chicken club? My wife said no, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. He walked away, came back with the difference but never apologized. This is not the management that we are accustomed to when we eat at our Clarksville, IN McAlisters. I hope the customer service improves because we have always enjoyed eating here.
