This location for travelers… One of thee best orders I’ve had from JIB. 11 dollar munchies box- fresh curly fries, and cold ranch dressing, fresh ultimate cheese burger, fresh tacos, diet coke was on point. The 2 person team was jamming out drive thru orders. Guy in front of me ordered 30 tacos. My order was out in just a matter of minutes, his tacos were about 3/4’s done being made.

This location is definitely more misses than hits. You know it’s really hard to say anything good when you order $41 in food and the only thing that tastes edible are the milkshakes. My sourdough jack wasn’t cooked, or was cooked and then left to get ice cold. The fries were old, the ultimate breakfast sandwich had runny eggs, and the ultimate Jack was cold as well. I’m not sure if they don’t teach people how to prepare food properly. All I can say is if you want to spend over 40 some dollars for fast food and basically get nothing that you can actually eat with borderline food poisoning. Go ahead order from the Jack in the Box in Castle Rock.

The burger was so greasy and looked like was reheated. The fries were greasy, very salty string fries. They weren’t even crispy. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and even explained what it was. The attendant gave me a lemonade. I think they were more interested in what they were listening to in their earbuds than selling a good product. It was a big disappointment. I won’t ever be going there again. I will go out of my way to tell people I know about this experience. Don’t waste good money on this garbage.

Let’s start with my order issues…
My “ultimate breakfast sandwich” was smashed as if it was stepped on. The ham was like chewing on a rubber tire. The cheese could have been mistaken for plastic. The hash brown was raw….
We also ordered hot honey chicken strips. But, we received cold chicken strips with no sauce. I also had to ask the employee to give me back my credit card, twice… I guess ill be monitoring my bank account for a while.
I once worked as a contractor for Jack in The Box. After seeing the condition of the kitchens in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, I swore I’d never eat there. After a few years, I found the locations in west Denver were actually good. So, I tried Castle Rocks location today… bad idea!
I assume now it is just as bad as down south.

I went to this restaurant. The drive-thru operator asked me several times for my order, including three times the quantity of French toast sticks that I wanted. When I finally got to go pay he charged me for the wrong order. I told him he got it wrong after he charged my credit card and showed me the receipt. He then gave me my money back in cash and told me to go to McDonald’s. Screw this restaurant. I will never go back again

Love the food but Cannot deal with the morning staff. They are never open during operation times, I show up before work around 6:45 and there’s times where walk in door is locked and nobody is on drive thru headset. So I never get a order or have to wait 10-15 mins before I can order. It’s really annoying and the manager always has a attitude when I asked if they open at 6am or 7am.

I’m pretty disappointed, we go here every 2 weeks or so, usually there okay but today, (03/04/26) they were off, when I pulled up to the drive thru, I can’t even tell you how many damn times I had to repeat myself for just 1 thing, for this man to even understand what I was saying, I was being loud enough for the people around me to hear, that being said 1 star, do better

I want to love it because it was fast food I enjoyed as a kid in Cali, but the food is just not good and very greasy. The curly fries are pretty good though if you don’t get them cold.

Overall I had a great experience. They did forget the meat on my burger but the manager fixed it immediately and then forgot the curly fries I had and fixed it right then. The place was clean and everyone was friendly. Yes they messed up but they fixed a wrong and it was good jack in the box
