We had a really good waitress. Alexa was really nice, helpful and patient. The food was delicious and it was a nice clean restaurant. The loaded baked potato was great. The chicken strips are really good. I also enjoyed the bacon and bleu cheese burger. The jalapeno popers were good and so were the waffle fries. The chicken wraps are really good as well. This is a place worth returning to for sure.

One of the local favorites. They offer a variety of chicken meals including wraps, quesadillas, lip spuds, lips, flatbreads, and sandwiches. They also offer delicious burgers, potato soup to die for, and desserts. They also offer a variety of handcrafted martinis and cocktails. My favorite thing on the menu is their lip wrap with ranch, and seasoned fries! A must try!

I’ve enjoyed Chick’s on the Square Chicken Lips for over ten years. I found this place by chance while visiting Macomb and have since taken my colleagues there to experience this exceptional battered, dipped, deep-fried poultry served with six different sauces. My favorite is the Original Lip sauce , but Jackie D’s BBQ is also excellent. I recommend trying the Smash Burger and the Mushrooms as well.

Very glad to see this place is still open! It was a favorite hangout when I was in grad school at WIU and I make it a point to eat here when I’m in the area. The chicken lip salad is my absolute favorite. Something about the combination of the lettuce, hot sauce, and blue cheese creates such a savory flavor that you’ll never forget. Washing it down with a cold draft beer is absolute perfection. It’s worth a trip every time.

Quick service. Our Waitress was on point this visit. We were checked on a few times. We got there right before the dinner rush. The entree portions were of good size, I had to take 1/2 the pasta home for a second round. Restroom clean and well stocked. All employees were keeping themselves busy and ready for service. Seeing employees NOT on their phones while waiting, is a wonderful thing to see at any business. So, Thank You to all employees for setting the bar for good customer service. Total dining time 45 minutes. I only rated this a 4 because we are locals and come here once or twice every 6 mths. The service is different each time. This was a WIN tonight! Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

Great restaurant in Macomb. They have lots of menu options to choose from. Some of my favorites include the lip spud, both soups, the hummus, roasted veggie salad, and lip wraps. Their martinis are great. The restaurant is small and seating can be an issue but it is worth the wait. Sides like fries are not included with wraps and burgers, which is a bummer.
