me and another person order two separate meals at night time around 11pm . Our fries were cold and unsalted , then we went back to asked for fresh fries , they doubled dip (double fry) another set of fries told us to keep the cold ones. After the second set of fries we did not return because we just got off of work , we were too exhausted to go back again . The next day around 8pm we ask for fresh fries give they us no problem, they were kind enough to give us fresh fries . Thank you .

This is the McDonald’s at Thomaston Ave. This is a great place where you can enjoy eating your food in peace and quiet. The staff is friendly and your food is brought to you. The bathroom and place are clean. There is handicapped seating and parking. There is outdoor dining. You can order your food on a kiosk or speak to a person. If you want a refill for your drink, the staff will gladly fill it up. “I’m loving it.”

Wont be ordering from here anymore. This McDonald’s staff is incredible rude and disorganized. Losing our order, telling a door dash driver that they wouldn’t make our order cause it was too big, mistakes almost every time we get from here (like getting a hot chocolate with extra hot chocolate and receiving only warm milk, getting someone else’s food entirely, or giving lemonade when the drink was a root beer. And this isn’t even listing all of it.) on top of it I tried calling to talk to a manager about this and no one answered. We will be ordering from chase avenue or union st because we have only had great experiences at those places everytime.

I mean it’s McDonald’s… My son wanted a happy meal hold the food. So in other words he just wanted the Luca toy. From the new Disney movie. 21 bucks later. The 6 year old is happy. It wasn’t fast service, but that maybe because I didn’t even want to be inside.
The lady was nice and the place wasn’t packed.
Today they didn’t have change so you needed exact currency or you had to use a card. This could be an inconvenience. It was clean.
So 4 stars.

The customers are not polite and i waited 15 minutes for my them to take my order and give me my food. Horrible management I hope this McDonald’s gets shut down and they all lose there jobs. I’ve never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life.

McDonald’s is always a great place to eat, to spend time with the kids.. They have an awesome menu now compared to back in the day, alot healthier I would have to say. They also offer alot more then back in the day.. Although the cheeseburgers and hamburgers aren’t ¢.75 cents anymore like back in the day but they still have the same great tasting McDonald burgers they always had! The cashier’s are very friendly at this McDonald’s and they DO go out of their way to please you. (Compared when I used to work at McDonald’s when I was a kid, other cashier’s were not friendly,y motto was always to make the customer happy, and service with a smile everyday!) I would say their order ratio is 97% accurate, yes some orders do get messed up (but we are only human, that’s why it’s best to go over the order quick and correctly which keeps the order accuracy at a high in which this McDonald’s. Is known for!) By far this McDonald’s is highly recommended by this tour guide
