I paid for a steak and cheese biscuit and got to work it was a sausage biscuit. I don’t eat pork. I go there 3 times a week. 2 day’s later I went there and was told I suppose to call the same day and it’s nothing they can do about it. I had my receipt. As a customer we don’t know there policy. I’ve been going there for years. 99% of them know me. I stopped going there.

This place used to be excellent. Service has steadily declined over the years. I stopped in on my way to work this morning and I received a cold, burnt, and chewy chicken biscuit in the drive thru. I don’t know how long it had been sitting there, but you should be ashamed to serve something like that to your customers. I’m including a picture. Staff was friendly and they got it out to me quickly. Raise the bar & please do better.

Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse. Last time I was here they wouldn’t remake my meal so I had to ask for my money back then order the meal again. Haven’t been back in years and then I hear about the new 2 for $5 chicken wraps and thought I’d give it a try. What a waste if money. And for some reason after making it a meal x2 it came out to over $20 somehow with no receipt. Won’t be going there anymore period. Honestly don’t know how they’ve stayed open this long. What a shame.

I ordered one steak biscuit. Not knowing they were 2 for $5. She didn’t say they were 2 for $5. I saw the sign after paying and asked the lady could I get the second biscuit * even offered to drive back around. she said no, I already paid. I went into store to see manager, I asked the girl at the counter who asked the supervisor
* same lady who turned me down. She could have said at the speaker “we have 2 for $5,” but didn’t. She very reluctantly gave me a second biscuit, and was telling her fellow employee in front of me at the counter that i only ordered one and that I was throwing off her inventory! What has happened to treating customers kindly? She was totally rude. I said thank you and she said nothing. Older lady. hateful, unkind attitude for customer service.
On “Keep it kind” she failed today miserably.
“Do unto others, as you’d have them do unto you” – God’s golden rule. And ” You reap what you sow” Her heart showed darkness this morning. Maybe she got up on the wrong side of the bed!
