We came two separate times and both times the burgers were juicy but very bland. It’s like they don’t put any seasoning on the burgers. The fries had plenty of seasoning and we’re cook to order. The sweet tea was like syrup which is not how I like it but maybe it’s a five guys thing. Needless to say no matter how nice they are here we won’t be returning any time soon. I can get a flavorful burger somewhere else even if the service isn’t as kind as this restaurant.

Five Guys remains a go-to spot for many burger enthusiasts, but recent visits have highlighted some noticeable changes, likely a result of inflation. While the food still tastes great, especially the burgers, there are a few points worth mentioning.

Firstly, the portion sizes of the burgers have noticeably decreased, while the prices have increased. It’s clear that inflation is taking its toll here. However, the generous servings of fries remain unchanged, which is a plus for those who love their signature, overflowing fry portions.

The service at Five Guys was commendable. The employees were friendly, greeted us warmly, and ensured we had a hot meal as quickly as possible. Their efficiency and pleasant demeanor certainly enhanced the dining experience.

Cleanliness is another strong point for this location. When we walked in, there wasn’t a single dirty table in sight, which is always a reassuring sign in a fast-food restaurant.

Overall, despite the smaller burgers and higher prices, Five Guys still delivers on taste and service. It’s a reliable spot for a satisfying meal, though be prepared for the impact of rising costs.

I used to go to the one that they had in Maryland and it was a lot better than this one, if you’re going to toast a hamburger bun it should be warm not cold. I also don’t like the fact that all these restaurants and fast food places out here and not many of them give military discounts.

Can’t beat the juiciness of these burgers and the fries are always a crowd favorite! Enough fried in a small order to feed at least 2-3 people! I haven’t had a bad meal yet!

I like a good burger and this place is my favorite. You can’t get any fresher than watching them throw your non frozen patties onto the flat top. It is a little pricey but I’ve always believed you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly and they keep the place extremely clean. A great place to relax and enjoy your meal.

Never again. Food was terrible and not worth the hefty price tag. I don’t mind paying extra for good food, but this wasn’t good. The fries were over salted and tasted old. My dad complained that his hotdogs were dried out my burger was ok but didn’t seem freshly cooked. There is better food for these prices.

Was in the mood for a good burger but was kind of dissatisfied. The burger was good and all but it was not $60 good. The fries were all right but did not taste the Cajun seasoning at all. This five guys location was kind of a let down.

Little cheeseburger and little fries was $14.26 in January. No drink. Now it’s $16 even. Eleven percent more expensive.

The only reason I come is because my Amex gives me a $10 credit and month.

The food was good but it’s a overpriced. Yesterday was my first time at this location. I likely haven’t been to one in over 20 years. I couldn’t remember why I only visited the restaurant once-in-a-lifetime, but I now know why. I paid $57 for 3 burgers, 1 fry, 2 regular drinks, and 1 chocolate milkshake. The burgers are way too small to cost over $10 and $11. Not a lot had changed about the restaurant. The lettuce wrap juice was pouring everywhere and of course they don’t give you plates or trays so that was a whole mess. I didn’t get my money’s worth in my opinion. We had to share fries and I paid $57. That was unheard-of. Anyway, the food was good, but I won’t be returning. There are way cheaper and better burger joints out there.
