This Pizza Hut is home to the best employee Jerz. While making my order I left the request for a dinosaur to be drawn on the box thinking it wouldn’t happen. Jerz had other plans, plans to make everyone’s night. What would have been an ordinary trip to the Hut ended up being one of laughs that will be remembered for years

NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Placed my order online but when I arrived some foreign guy kept walking back and forth across the counter and never greeted or said anything to me. He yelled to the back for someone and when they got up they never greeted me as well just asked that I want to place an order but this locations customer service has definitely went down my experience was bad my pizza was not even cooked properly my toppings were not cooked well on top of my pizza. I even asked the guy are they under new ownership because I have never received this type of service when I walked into that Pizza Hut location this used to be my favorite location but not anymore with the rude workers they have working for them now

My family and I got two large pizzas, breadsticks and a personal pizza delivered to the lobby of my condominium and when I got to my room and opened one of the pizza boxes, the pizza was all messed up and looked like it had a joyride in the box. It made me not want to eat it- also because it wasn’t really cut through either. The delivery guy was really nice so the pizza was my only issue with it being $20.

Ordered from here on the 28th. All of my food was cooked extremely poorly. The toppings were wrong and the size of my pizza was wrong. I have been trying to get in contact with them through customer service for over two weeks now and they are completely unhelpful. You deserve better than Pizza Hut. Literally any other chain is better and the same price or cheaper. Don’t do this to yourself. Get something else.

I was going to order 2 large pizzas. I thought price was high for a veggie lover and a supreme both large but I’m at the beach and I said ok. Then the website forced a tip for team members of 18%. It came to 55$ for carry out. Seems like you want us to pay your employees salary too. Sorry I’m out Pizza Hut so long folks.

I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with the brownies. It was never delivered. When you call the phone # they just sent me to a store who never heard of my order. I did this 4 times and the same thing happened every time. I just call Marco’s and my pizza was at my do in 20 minutes.

I got in late so ordered a pizza at 10pm. Said 25-35 minutes it took 45-50, no biggy. the pizza was relatively cold by the time i got it. Also I ordered the detroit style supremo pizza and it came with almost no toppings. Quite disappointed especially since the box clearly states
“loaded with toppings”. When I called the store, they apparently have a line for new orders and a second line for existing order inquiries. I sat on the phone waiting for someone to answer for an hour. I tried calling the other number, which people answered, but they refused to talk to me and kept transferring me to the other line, which no one cared to answer. I would recommend going elsewhere for pizza needs, since customer satisfaction is the least of their concerns.
I called back the next day to get some restitution and they said this is exactly how their pizza is supposed to look. And only offered a discount on another pizza. I would not support this business if I were you and probably go somewhere else.
