Nothing special . It is inside the Loves. There was no one inside to order from so you have to use the kiosk. There was a problem with the kiosks printing your receipt and we didn’t know our number. It was fine. We just watched for our order. The food is typical and it as clean

this is how much coffee they give if you order a large one. i asked less ice they put less coffee. I gently asked to fill it up even one of the ladies said this needs to be filled up but the one who made my coffee didn’t want to fill up and said i can put more ice so it s full. 0 star honestly ruined my morning breakfast.

I asked for chicken nuggets to be cooked fresh. Not from the drawer of already cooked nuggets. The cashier told the cooks to make them fresh. I waited for a few minutes while other orders were being filled. I saw the guy on the line grab a 20 peice nugget box and pull out the drawer & put in my nuggets. Right after he slid the box to the front line I saw them bringing the freshly cooked nuggets to be put in the drawer. My nuggets were luke warm & DEFINITELY NOT FRESH! Everytime I go to McDonald’s I ask for fresh nuggets because I’m getting tired of eating crap! McDonald’s corporate training must include to the trainees, “If customers ask to make something fresh, say yes” then give them what’s already made even if it’s been there a while! This is the last time I’m going to McDonald’s. This happens I’d day 8 or of 10 times I go to McDonald’s. If the employees don’t take pride in their work, it’s not a restaurant chain I care to continue going to. It doesn’t take much to make your customers happy. But to disappoint customers time and time again, is a good way to lose customers!

Very disappointing experience — for the third time in a row.
We came to this McDonald’s specifically for a Happy Meal with a Squishmallows toy, which we selected through the app. Yet again — for the third time — we were given a Sonic toy that we didn’t want. We clearly explained that we placed the order only because of the toy, but the staff just said there was nothing they could do.
We asked politely if they could open the toy display and let us choose from the ones they had visibly available — again, we were refused.
Our child started crying, and we had to stop at a gas station to buy another toy, because it was too hard to explain to him why he was being disappointed for the third time.
This could have been easily avoided:
• Put a sign on the counter if specific toys are out of stock;
• Or at least disable that option in the app if it’s not actually available.
While we were eating inside, we witnessed at least three more families having the same conflict — doesn’t anyone realize this is a recurring issue?
Extremely disappointed. It’s not even about the toy — it’s about how issues are handled. And here, they simply aren’t.

Workers not welcoming at all. The young lady with glasses and pink hair has an HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Had a burger with med fries, fries half full and cold. I politely asked her is it possible for fresh fries. She goes and gets more of the same old fries and hands them to me. I then told her they are the same and are cold and she just looks at me and says nothing. I just left them up there, I rather lose out on $4 than to argue with a teenager over fries. Smdh

2 times in a row, I’ve come here 2 times in a row. I’ve had cold fries 10:30 in the morning. Ki.n Osk doesn’t print out your receipt, so you don’t know what number you are half the time unless you look at the screen properly. Stale and cold atmosphere

The food is changing I asked for my double cheeseburger with Mac sauce and pickles only well I got the order very little Mac sauce. The burgers were dry end up throwing them away again that truck stop restaurants.
