We arrived at 6:30pm. The drive thru was not busy, nor was the store. There were 6 employees on the clock & 3 actually were attempting to work. I waited until almost 7 before I stepped up to request my food. While at the counter, I observed the cook(tall black man) making sandwiches and a drop of sweat fell onto someone’s original chicken sandwich that he proceeded to wrap & send down the line. It was scooped up, placed in a bag and handed out of the window. ( if you were in the drive thru on 12.26.25 at 6:33pm, you ate a sweaty chicken sandwich). I was over charged & the manager tried to explain I was given a meal for free & the box that my children’s food came in was really $14.99. So I guess, I was being charged for a box???? He acted like he did not want to issue my refund. They were slow & unprofessional. Not sure who owns this franchise but you need to check on your store. The level of weed smoke & problems you have are the least of the problems with that particular restaurant.

Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent! I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a burger smaller than a happy meal burger. Hubs ordered the wraps and it was probably 3 inches. We also ordered a chicken sandwich with only mayo but of course came with everything on it!
The only positive I can say is the cashier was nice. Last bad experience I had at BK I didn’t go back for 20 years. May have to just stay away for good this time!

Horrible experience at this location. We were passing by on the way to an appointment so we decided to stop in for lunch.. HUGE mistake and a WASTE of money. They messed our order up literally all of it and took so long at the drive thru to even take your order to the point people were beeping and walking up to cars trying to see what was happening. We ordered a whopper meal with cheese and they didn’t add any cheese, the plain cheeseburger we ordered wasn’t plain and the fries were absolutely disgusting! They were soft and hot like they were soaked in grease. Honestly, we’d never come back to this location.. from the rude employees and how long it took to order and then to get your order that wasn’t even right. So disappointing and frustrating. I’d avoid this location.

Food was what you would expect from BK but, at the speaker ordered 2 onion rings with the order, just to find out after waiting 10min in line that there currently out of onion rings. Person at the drive thru didn’t try to be helpful at all as far as a replacement option of what they did have, and then when we did get our food we were missing one of the cheese fries we did instead of onion rings and expect were going to pull ahead so we don’t mess up there drive thru times…no… should have been compensated for the onion ring mishap..not paying for the items I didn’t plan on getting. Went there mainly for onion rings, but got burgers too!!

I had a $30 order with 2 combos and a 10 piece nugget. I received no burgers which were 3 and my fries and onion rings AND nuggets were soggy and I received no drinks. Very upset that I wasn’t able to receive a full refund.

Customer service was horrible. The young lady working the front counter was bagging my food dropped my onion rings on the counter then she proceeds to pick them up one by one with her bare hands. No gloves and put them back in the bag. I told her I didn’t want those so immediately she got upset and began throwing my food. I asked for a manager and finally came to the front he made fresh onion rings but when we got home and tried to eat the plant base burgers they were raw. Raw and not fit to eat. We tried calling back several times to speak with the manager no answer. Spent $34 and had to trash the food. Waste of money so disappointing.

I really was disappointed about my service at Burger King. I really was expecting a fast and friendly transaction, so I can enjoy my food. Didn’t quite go as planned. I walked in next in line, and my order was taken very quick. Problem was I didn’t receive it that way. I literally waited for 25 minutes for a simple order. The staff was in a meeting and the few employees that was responsible for service didn’t seem to have a clue about fast food. I patiently waited, giving the situation a chance to become hospitality, but when my food was finished. The young lady behind the counter seemed irritable as she threw my food into the bag and rolled her eyes as if I showed any problem. I walked out with cold food and a cold shoulder as well. The restaurant was clean and remoldal, but the service was disappointing
