As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I placed an order using the Checkers website. The food arrived quickly but the Big Buford was cold and dry. I ordered a double chicken sandwich that was not received and the fries were cold. When I tried calling the store to correct the missing sandwich nobody answered and there is no way to fix it on the website. This will be my last order from this location.

Customer service is poor. On 11/24/2025, the young lady cashier needs training on customer service. I now understand why the reviews are low. Stay home if you dont like serving people.

Their French fries are so yummy. Everything else is pretty much good but not great. The atmosphere at this particular Checkers is a dirty exterior with dredges usually using up all the seating. The staff can be on point or a complete crap show depending who is working.

Ordered through DoorDash and I didn’t get any sauces that was printed right on the receipt. My bag was sealed so my driver couldn’t confirm.

I can’t speak for everyone who works there but I can say, I think her name was ms tot or something, very collective and respectful person as well with the other two on shift with her, peaceful environment one thing i rarely see at checker spots and me and my kids will definitely come back for our 4$ meals again.

The drive thru is automated and doesn’t get the orders right. Then the people at the window want to give you an attitude when you try to verify it. The fries and spicy chicken were the only decent parts of the meal. The burgers are the saddest dried up patties. Not worth the effort it takes to get there.
