I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
We ordered samosa chaat, but it was mostly chickpeas and they tasted like they had been cooked long ago. It didn’t feel fresh at all.
We also tried the special chicken biryani. The rice and chicken seemed mixed together without proper flavor or aroma — it didn’t feel like biryani, just plain rice with chicken.
Overall, the food quality did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went for lunch, was expecting there would be buffet but i guess they don’t do buffets, regardless the food was amazing, great service. We had gobhi (cauliflower) manchurian for appetiser, chole bhature, Hyderabadi chicken and schezwan veg noodles ( get light spicy level, medium was spicy but I loved it).

Will definitely come back and recommend

I visit this place with my son . And we order veg noodles for my son and told them to make it mild because it’s for my son . And we get just boiled noodles with some onion and green paper no taste. Then I order veg Manchurian soup and it’s taste so tangy I hardly eat 2 spoon . Then I order egg masala curry with garlic naan . In egg masala same thing no taste . And mango lassi is ok ok.
Even serve we enter the resturant we wait for menu and they don’t even provide the menu for order we just wait then I have to call the server for menu. Also this resturant name is paradise biryani and I check the invoice today and it’s says there charminar spice llc. So it’s bit of confusion. Plz change the name in ur invoice . This is the worst experience me and my son has for Indian food.

I hope u improve ur food quality and taste .

Very nice selection and great flavors. Came with some Indian coworkers and they picked a wide variety of delicious dishes. The Hyderabad Chicken was excellent.

You can select the spiciness.

Service was timely…we never waited for next dish.

Mango lassi is a sweet milky/ kefir like beverage – excellent taste and spice counter agent!

I don’t know what all I ate, but very good!!!

I’m a regular customer, but tonight was extremely disappointing. The restaurant says it’s open until 11 PM. We arrived at 10:15 and were told takeout only — nothing about this is mentioned anywhere online. When we tried to order Paneer Bhurji, the staff flat-out refused and said the chef “won’t cook that now” and will only make whatever is easiest for him… with 45 minutes still left before closing.

This is unacceptable. If you’re going to stop dine-in and limit the menu early, update your website and timings. Terrible customer service, especially toward loyal customers.

These guys don’t know what Biryani is. I ordered special Biryani (with boneless chicken) and what came out was nothing like Biryani. Looks like they tossed BONELESS CHICKEN IN RED PEPPER FLAKE PASTE and RICE DUMPED OVER IT. Such a disappointment 🙁

We had a nice dinner after shopping at Wrentbam. There was live singing (classic bollywood era songs) and we enjoyed the performance (though people might not like music all the time, so a bit dialed down version would be more welcoming). The mutton was excellent, it was tender and juicy and full of flavors. A must try!

I love Indian food, this place is good but lacks a welcoming vibe. The staff are too aloof for my taste or what I expect in terms of hospitality.

I doubt I’ll return. Dining out is not just eating, it’s the whole experience of hospitality while eating good quality food.

If the vibe is off, everything else is too.

I was shocked by the quality of the food here. After reading reviews I wanted to give it a shot but the taste is terrible. We ordered non veg appetizer chicken dum biryani and mango lassi. The mango lassi was watery and the biryani tasted nothing but chilli spice. No flavor and nothing close to Indian food. It felt like they were managing the taste with bare minimum chefs. I won’t be visiting again.
