I normally don’t write reviews, but this is the 3rd week in a row I’ve received a burrito that I can’t even pick up to eat without it falling apart.
How could you, in good conscience, serve this to a paying customer? There wasn’t even attempt to double or re-wrap it (not only was it poorly wrapped, but the tortilla itself was ripped open!!!).
I ordered a basic burrito with guac – no double meat, no double rice, nothing crazy. I would highly recommend against coming here unless you plan on getting a bowl.

Look at this absolute disgrace of a bowl I received. Maybe a quarter pound of total food with two types of meat and guac. Horrible, the workers have atitudes and stare at you like you are from a foreign planet. They laugh while you sit there and wait for your food and will not approach you until you ask where you’re food is. And then it will take another fifteen minutes for them to make it. Horrible crew, horrible work ethic, horrible service.

I visited today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived shortly after opening, much of the food was not yet prepared, which was surprising since I expected everything to be ready at opening. I waited about seven minutes for items to be finished, and when my burrito was remade, I asked politely whether it contained one or two tortillas (I had requested two). The response I received felt dismissive, and instead of a simple answer, the tortilla was lifted up with an expression that seemed frustrated.
I clarified that I only wanted to confirm, but at that point I asked if someone else could assist, as I was uncomfortable with the interaction. Another employee came over and explained that the worker did not speak English well, which left me even more confused since she had understood my request earlier. At that point, I chose to leave without completing my order.
I normally don’t walk out of establishments, but the lack of preparation and unprofessional service left me with little confidence. For a Chipotle location that had just opened for the day, I expected more organization and a better customer experience.

These people do not take their jobs seriously. I have walked out of this location twice already because they understaff the counter and they blab while people are waiting for their food. Chipotle is not what it used to be. This is not only a localized issue, but rather something that I’ve noticed over time. The trays and spread were a complete mess. Sanitization is of the upmost importance and if you can’t be fast, you should as least be clean! It’s an insult to hard working paying customers who want good food. Clean up the counter guys!!!! Sheesh.

Literally just left the store on Thursday May 2nd. Service was absolutely horrendous. The dude the middle was rushing my food so fast he was getting my order wrong. Place wasn’t even that busy and if the guy would have just taken a second to take a breath he would have gotten the order right. And then goes to put a single half scoop of rice in my other bowl with literally shrivels of meat. Needless to say I literally just paid for garbage. And the guy was working the orders so fast he left bean residue all over the bottom of my bowl it broke the paper bag from moisture just walking to my car. I also got a side of chips and queso and they gave me a quarter filled bag of chips with a quarter filled container of cheese. Absolute garbage. Do better Chipotle.

very rude. i was here today (jan 3rd) at around 7pm and the first person i talked to (short haired girl) at the counter, was making side comments and had an attitude when i didn’t understand what she was saying. as i ignored her rudeness the first time, she went ahead and made a slick comment to her coworker about me again. i will never come back to this establishment and really regretted eating here. + my burrito fell apart which made it really messy to eat

I ordered the chicken al pastor bowl, on line for pick up. The only options it gave me were to pick the rice and the beans. I googled what comes in this bowl and it said, corn salsa, pico, cheese and guac. I got none of that. Was I mistaken to expect that?

A good go to spot for healthy food on the run. No matter your preference. You can get bowls, wraps, salads or whatever you like. If you want more just ask. Not to expensive and definitely worth the wait if there ever is a line. Attractive atmosphere and dining outside options are available depending on the weather conditions. So pull up, eat up and enjoy.
