This place is a ripoff. Ordered a mean and it’s not cheap but they skimp me of food. The fries not even half full, the coke don’t even taste like coke just carbonated water. The Big Mac patty and inside look depressing since the bread is 2x the size of the patty.

This place is a giant ripoff with bad customer service. Ordered a large Big Mac meal that was suppose to come with 3 game piece and what I got was a can of coke…. Seriously ordered a large meal for a reason and they really gave me a can of coke that doesn’t even have a game piece.
I can accept that they said machine is down, it rub more salt when they gave me a Big Mac without even a game piece. I know these games are a major fraud where all you can get is incomplete game pieces or food items but ripping people off like this is a red flag.

I frequent this location regularly due to working overnight shifts. On this visit, I waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive-thru line without my order being taken. The vehicles in front of me eventually drove off due to the delay. While waiting, I placed a mobile order through the app.
After the cars ahead of me left, I drove around the building and observed two employees at the front at approximately 2:27 a.m. using their phones. I knocked on the window and asked if the location was open. I was told that orders must be placed at the speaker before approaching the window. I explained that I, along with two other vehicles, had been waiting in line for an extended period, which is why they left.
Despite having already placed a mobile order, the cashier and cook asked to see the order before preparing it. After already waiting 20 minutes, I then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the food to be cooked.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location, and it appears to be getting worse with each visit

I get there and there is basically nothing in stock. No water, ice cream, complete meals, things like that. Once I eat my food, my fries were cold and they tasted like they put it in the microwave after taking it out of the freezer nuggets were the same thing. They tossed it in there like they were playing a game

I hate to have a bad review like this but my God just close down. I am constantly in and out of Randolph and this is the only thing available omw back to Boston, v where there are few drive thrus and even shittier service. I was here last week, as I am every week, and the workers forgot my fries, after waiting for what truly felt like Christ’s return I then had to get back in the line and do it all over again. There was a language barrier and I guess ppl like to steal McDonald’s bc I had an issue “convincing” the person that I didn’t eat the fries as well as the box they came in… In the 45 seconds after I drove off. There’s always some level of problem… Drinks consistently terrible, too. This time I placed an order around 3:25am, a safe time that I’ve had success with… No one came to the drive thru… I’m a patient person but after about 10-15 minutes at this speaker no one came. When I drove around to immediately leave this review, I observed multiple people inside just chillin and talking. Now I can see there are other ppl being served no problem. This is obviously very upsetting. But to mention it’s no level of busy either… I saw two cars drive off too… Looked like without going to the window and the breakfast menu was up over 30 minutes prior to breakfast in the app. Multiple times, too, I’ve done this around this time and was told no despite having ordered before the cut off… Well before. Crazy business. I guess you can just do any ol thing when you’re the only ppl around. Absolutely ruined my night… Again.

I was at this location today (Monday 10/20/25) at 4am at the drive thru. They never took our orders. We waited 5 minutes and drove off. Lights are on, people are inside, but nobody is taking orders. I saw 3 cars ahead of me wait and leave without getting their orders taken. Very disappointing. Don’t waste your time stopping at this location. You’re better off going to the one in Stoughton a few minutes away.

This place is zero stars. I ordered at the kiosk and want to dine in, so I clicked dine in and then it asked for a table number for me to order which is standard for other McDonald’s as well and all McDonald’s I went to will do table service if you order dine in. And I go to the table and sit down and after a while I heard a number after us so I went to the pick up to check the food. All I say is to see if my order number is ready, then the cashier is so rude about it and was like why didn’t you pick up your order, I was like there’s the table number and table service for a reason. And he tried to blame me for not picking up my order when I ordered table service. And I have not hear a single apology after complaining. Do not go to this store

This is the second time I’ve ordered number 8 extra value meal which is bacon, egg, and cheese bagel! I leave and I have a sausage bagel! That was a month ago.
This morning, I leave get to work and see that I have the steak and onion bagel! Which the Steak looked like a hamburger. Ewww!!
I don’t know why it’s so difficult to get one thing correct in an order!
It’s not like I ordered a bunch of stuff!
Then you call and ask for a credit (Because you’re already at work and you can’t leave and return it now) and they can’t do anything. They tell you to come back the next day if you can’t come in and return it. Whatever! I guess that’s why I don’t usually eat this crap!
It must be sign to stop going to McDonald’s, especially this one!

I was very disappointed to find open sauce in my bag and to find out that they couldn’t make Carmel frappe for me so I had to change it to an ice coffee but my friend was able to receive a mocha frappe.
