I don’t know how this Wendy’s stays in business. Went by this evening to pick up some Chilli for dinner. There were 12 cars in the drive thru and it wasn’t moving so I went inside. Cashier was standing watching everyone else, a guy was there waiting on a mobile order (he was still waiting when I left), I ordered and ask for cheese to be added to my Chilli. She scoop up what little Chilli she had left, wandered around the kitchen for a while and came back and told me they didn’t have any more cheese. There three specialty drink mixers were also empty. A month ago I stoped by this Wendy’s to get some Chilli and they were completely out of Chilli. This is very typical of this Wendy’s. How this restaurant stays in business, I have no idea.

Food was trash, my husband went inside to get the food and didn’t look at the food, fries were disgusting and cold, nuggets were cold and hard, sandwiche was trash meat hard and burnt and old. My husband pulled off before I noticed or I would have taken the food back and gotten a refund. Why give out trash food to customers, business wonder why their sales are low. I bet when they make food for themselves or family its fresh. I’ll never spend any money at this location again.

This store was the worst Wendy’s ever. They had horrible attitude of employees and a manager who refused to clean the pure dirt over the drink dispenser and refused to put a lid on the tea dispensers. NOW, since Derrick has become the manager I have seen a complete turnaround. Derrick leads by example. I see a complete different attittude from a staff who cares. Corporate don’t mess it up, the store is finally on the right track!!

Girl at the window was super rude. She didn’t repeat my order back to me and of course got my order wrong. I was on a lunch break and didnt notice until I got all the way back to work 20 minutes away. Nearly $15 to not get what I ordered. Also didnt put any napkins in the bag. Good times.

I can’t lie. Customer service is very good but the food that they gave was cold.Now check this out I ordered A biggie bag large with no onions the burger had onions on it so that’s telling me it was already pre-made, wasn’t fresh the fries I couldn’t eat them. They was hard and cold like I say very good customer service

The gentleman cooking the day I was there fixed me the BEST fast food burger I’ve had in years by alot and in fact 1 of the better burgers I’ve had overall in years. I think his name was Joey, very nice young man, check him out

Ayana deserves a major shout out. I have food allergies and always get nervous to eat out. She took extreme care not only answer my questions, but also inform other staff of the prep requirements. She really went above and beyond to ensure I had a safe dining experience and I appreciate it.

I ordered 4 chili’s to go, after a brief wait of 6. minutes I was on my way home. I opened the chili when I arrived home to find half a burger patty. I took the patty out to break it up and found the meat was black in the middle on one half. I returned the chili to the restaurant for a refund and had to wait about 30 minutes for a GM to arrive. She was polite and explained the store policy then provided refunds to myself as well as two others that had ordered chili prior to my arrival. I would recommend anywhere but here personally.
