Had a taste for bbq so I tried this place out. I wish I hadn’t! Complete waste of my money and that’s being nice!! The service wasn’t bad but the food was so bad it overshadowed the decent service!! I literally just threw $70 worth or bbq in the trash!! Try at your own risk!!

We visited Rib Hut on a Friday night for dinner and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
We were seated right away for a party of two, which was the only positive part of our visit. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Because of the delay, we placed our food order quickly as well.
While waiting, I went to the restroom and noticed an employee sitting inside on their phone, which I found unprofessional. When we ordered, we were also told the restaurant had run out of butter.
Our food took quite a while to arrive, and during that entire wait our waitress never checked on us, offered drink refills, or updated us about the delay. When the food finally came, we were briefly asked if we needed anything else, but before we could respond the waitress walked away.
One of our sides never arrived, yet we were still charged for it. The food itself tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave — the turkey was extremely dry, and the BBQ sauce was not good. We were only given one BBQ sauce option.
Throughout the entire meal, no one checked on us to ask how the food was or if we needed anything, so we couldn’t even inform them that a side was missing. When the waitress finally returned, I immediately asked for the check. We never received drink refills, and when she brought the bill she did not ask if we needed a to-go box (not that we would take the food home) she simply said “have a good night” and walked away.
Overall: very poor customer service, slow service, and disappointing food. We paid about $70 for two incomplete meals and will not be returning.

Absolutely disappointed with this location. We ordered $130 of food and when we got our food it was cold. Our server took it back and said a new order was gonna be made. When the replacement food came out it was a little warmer, but the food was tasteless. We talked to the manager, Riley, and he was unprofessional, he seemed more interested in money than a happy customer. Guess we should have read these reviews first. Our waiter, Tury was good, but I do not recommend this place at all we will stick to the West Rib Hut location.

The food was delicious ribs and all! But then my daughter found a bug in her Mac and Cheese!! I know it was takeout but that bug had been dead in the Mac and cheese for a while! Didn’t happen that fast at home the bug be looking like that! I know it’s just a bug but still kinda get grossed out!! Stuff happens I understand but was just disappointed didn’t get to eat the rest of the food with out being cautious!!

I came here because it has high ratings but I was highly disappointed.
The dinner roll looks, feels and taste like cafeteria rolls. My mac and cheese was warm in certain spots and cold in some spots. The sausage was burnt. There was maybe 2 or 3 other customers so idk why the service and food was poor.

Food is delicious. Service is good. Prices are good but unfortunately right when we were putting left overs in boxes we saw a small cockroach on our booth wall.

The food was fantastic. The service was better than that. I ordered the Rib platter, the Combo platter, the catfish, the green chile and regular mac n cheese, the ranch style beans, corn and okra. The bbq was perfectly made, the ribs OMG amazing. We were served by Adrian who is outstanding. His customer service exceeded my standard and he just made the visit fun. Dude should definitely get a raise or promotion. Thank You Rib Hut East.

I ordered pork ribs accompanied by beans and curly fries. Unfortunately, the ribs seemed dry as if they had been left out for too long, and some parts were not enjoyable to eat. Additionally, the taste of the beans wasn’t very appealing.
