Unfortunately my order was not right. This is the first time ordering a bowl and the portion is poor plus they missed the mustard. I know is a fast food, they should do better.

The burger made me sick. Idk why, but I can’t eat food/meat that isn’t really fresh and it was definitely not very tasty either. Wasn’t the worst tasting but definitely for $14 a burger you expect premium. It was greasy, very mild beef flavor, texture isn’t great, the toppings were meh. All the times I said no to trying this and finally did I wasn’t missing anything .

It’s 8pm. The restaurant closes at 10pm. But they seem more focused on their cleaning procedures than tending to their customers. I like their food, but their customer service is a drag. I know working fast-food sucks, but I’m sure they said they would do their best at it when they applied. Ultimately, I think they need better leadership.

Very upset honestly. I had an order placed on 10/16 @ 9pm where I placed two fries and when I came in was told that they couldn’t use the fryers at the moment (bc they were trying to get the store cleaned early clearly). This would’ve been fine if I were somehow contacted or given a heads up that I wasn’t going to be receiving what I had ordered after driving 20 mins. I came back in to get a refund receipt and was just given a receipt of my original purchase with no refund adjustment on there. There were plenty of employees in, a few of them just standing around, there and no customers. I’m very disappointed in the service and lack of communication.

This was my first time going to this location. It was very well maintained. The food was done property, the staff was on point and got things taken care of properly. Hopefully I can eat here again next year when I’m in the area.

We stopped at Five Guys in Ranson WV. Their hamburgers are always excellent. You can tell they use high quality and low fat meat. They also give you a generous amount of fries. My only complaint would be the cost per person to get a hamburger, fries, and drink. It cost $54 for 3 people.

Always a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at this location. Store is extremely clean and well lit inside. As with all Five Guys locations, don’t forget your peanuts while you wait.

Cleanest five guys I’ve ever eaten at. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. You won’t be disappointed here. Their burgers are big. I’d recommend this place to anyone who can unhinge their jaw. I’m also a fan of their malts.

The only “bad” part about Five Guys is that they give you a bunch of extra fries, even with the smallest size it’s a lot and for one person… well tempted to eat them all, they’re so good! My favorite burger and fries place, all the Five Guys always have friendly service and a clean location. This one is no different. The overall experience is worth the little extra cost in prices for a fast food place.
