XL cups out of stock. Barely any lids. Overnight worker is currently smoking in the parking lot in front of the store. One entire fountain station is out of order. Several fountain sodas are out of order themselves. This has been routine in such a short time of being a Casey’s. What is going on with management and ordering?!
I miss Maverik and the Kum and Go that used to be here.
Every location that Casey’s purchased from Maverik has turned incredibly downward. Looks like I will be intentionally going out of my way to a Kwik Star from now on. Poor atmosphere.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Casey’s, entirely because of an employee named Lori. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service.

From the moment I asked for help, Lori had an attitude. She spoke to customers in a dismissive and disrespectful way and made it very clear that she did not want to be bothered. Instead of doing her job, she repeatedly told people to “do it yourself,” which is not how customer service works. When customers come into a store, they expect assistance—not hostility.

What really stood out was her excuse of being “the only one in the store” and “too busy” as a reason to treat people poorly. Being short-staffed is not the customer’s fault, and it does not give any employee the right to speak to people rudely or refuse to help. Everyone is busy at work, but professionalism should always come first.

Lori’s tone was harsh, impatient, and disrespectful. She made customers feel like an inconvenience instead of valued patrons. This type of behavior reflects very badly on Casey’s as a company. No one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected simply for asking for help in a store.

Customer service roles require patience, communication skills, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, Lori showed none of those qualities. If someone does not want to interact with customers or cannot manage stress without taking it out on others, then customer-facing work may not be the right fit for them.

I strongly hope management addresses this situation. Employees should be trained to speak respectfully, even during busy or stressful moments. Experiences like this are the reason customers choose not to return. Casey’s can do much better, and this location deserves staff who actually care about their job and the people they serve.

At first I was very disappointed with service ! The overnight staff was very rude and did not care about my order that they messed up? I asked for the managers name and they said we don’t have one? What kind of business is this???? The very next day I stopped by on my way to work and spoke with a very pleasant lady (Carla ) who also informed me that she is Kitchen Manager, She apologized for the incident and fixed my order and also refunded me:) ! She also said she would be addressing the issue with overnight staff and I am very pleased! CASEYS NEEDS MORE MANAGERS LIKE HER !

This is a shame. I go in after work order lg 4 cheese pizza I really like them when they are made right . Front counter worker put the order in, lg 4 cheese on thin crust. I love these pizzas, fantastic flavor, conceptually to a made product, it works. What I got was a small cheese pizza. The parm topping was missing and it was definitely a small pizza. The guy behind the counter fought me tooth and nail saying it was a lg. It was a large box that had a lot of space around the pizza and the box. There was minimum 2 inches of clean box, then pizza, then 2inches of clean box. Cant mistake it. Thats a small. This is a second time Ive had a not good experience at this store. I think Ill go to the other store and see if it happens there. Got to say I liked it when Casey’s was in the smaller location they didnt make mistakes like this. I was hoping this was growing pains but I dont know…..

No complaints. I got gas, the cars worked, the bathrooms were clean and had new Dyson air dryers, they had fast food and snacks. All my needs were met so I have to thank them. Plus a door opener by foot for the bathroom. Likely left from Covid days which I like.

I ordered wings online and for them to be ready at 1115pm I get to the store and my wings were not ready, the lady behind the counter said they were cleaning the fryer, not one employee in the store had a clue how to give a refund and one girl was behind the counter on her phone. This is what the world is coming to pure ignorance and no accountability

Its Saturday morning 6:50 am and the donuts are very stale. Even dry throughout the dough. At this time in the morning the donuts should be fresh it’s a new day. And I didn’t get any discount for these nasty things. I may try one more time to get your donuts as you just took over this location, but after that im done if this happens again.
