Let me start off by saying that the staff were kind, and quick with service. I’m a long time Beans and Brew customer, and I visit close to 10 different locations that span from Murray to Herriman. My most visited are the three locations located closest to Herriman.
At least once every morning I stop by a location (typically one of the two locations closest to my home) to get my chai tea on my way to work. I don’t always buy a breakfast sandwich, but frequently I do. I always order the same thing, an egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough, and I’ve never once had an issue.
Today was a different story. I went to the Daybreak Parkway location this morning because I was in the area. When I ordered my drink, and an egg and cheese sandwich on sourdough, they seemed unfamiliar with it, but they said that they were sure they could do that for me. Which, I appreciated. I get up to the window and the order total is $13.77, Which is about what I typically pay when ordering the sandwich and my drink. I paid, and she handed me my drink and then a tiny little half sandwich in a little bag that they charged me $6.77 for.
I’ve been ordering this sandwich for a long time at many different locations and I’ve never once received a half a sandwich for that price. That’s crazy! For comparison, I immediately went from that Beans and Brew location to the next closest one and ordered the same sandwich. For that same price, I received the normal, typical, full sandwich from the second location. Pictures of both sandwiches attached for reference. Again, the staff was kind, just maybe a good training opportunity. Thanks!

I stopped here before a half marathon I ran. This location has all seating options available. There were plenty of booths. A good number of tables, but the best were the multiple soft chairs that were available. I got an Americano drink, which was great. It was open early enough for me to get my drink and get ready for the day. The staff was great, and quick.

Tried the strawberry frappe and a large iced coffee with oat milk and raspberry syrup. The strawberry frappe is gluten free (the barista checked for me!), not sure about celiac friendly. Comfy couches inside and a good place to catch up with friends.

My drink was just okay. A mochaccino. I ordered the smallest size and it was still so expensive. Atmosphere was fine although I would like to say it would be nice to have some background music playing to add to the ambiance.

Basic coffee shop with a few breakfast options. The coffee is fine, the bagels are fine, but I wish they had more food options for breakfast. The workers were nice and the parking is easy (there’s a lot with plenty of spaces).

I had got a coffee from a different location and they did not make it good at all it was straight foam for a blended drink. I understand beans and brews is a franchise but because the employees weren’t willing to help or remake my drink and told me I would pay another 6$ it was super frustrating. It definitely makes me not want to come back to this location even more. I have sadly had this happen to me once before and a different location had re made it it was super kind of them. It’s been an extremely hard day for me and it would have been kind to help out! You never know what people are going through!

I have been coming to beans and brews every day for years. Now all of them can’t make a simple drink correctly. Today this location took my money then I watched them all go in the back and go on break. I sat in the drive through waiting until more people came… then they hurried and made my drink wrong. I will never go to beans and brews again.

These guys are better than all the other B&B’s. So nice, quicker than ANY OTHER location. Amazing. Love it. B&B does a decent job overall with their app. Big reason why I keep going. Love the perks and points system! Still trying to find my “perfect” drink tho. Still up for debate.

I love love love Beans and Brew. Mr B’s hot or cold is my jam. As someone with celiac I have never had a issue with being gluten free and cross contamination. I even like the drinks with coconut milk for a dairy free option. They even do dog treats in the drive through which is a nice touch.
