Was in town visiting family, needed a place to watch the iron bowl. We choose here because of plenty of seating and more TVs than a Best Buy. Great atmosphere, server was very attentive we never had to look for our server. Food was really good, our quest that had drinks enjoyed them. Looking for a place to watch sports here ya go

We stopped in at Walk-On’s in Trussville after a long day of hiking and it really hit the spot. The vibe is exactly what you want in a sports bar, lots of TVs with different games on, music at a good volume, and beer served icy cold.
We ordered the grilled chicken wrap with a side of fries and added onion rings. Everything came out quickly, hot, and well seasoned. The wrap was fresh with plenty of chicken, the fries were crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the onion rings had a light, crunchy batter that actually stayed on.
Service was friendly and on top of refills, and our food checks were quick without feeling rushed. The place looked clean, including the bar area and restrooms, which we appreciated after being on the trail all day. Prices felt fair for the portion sizes.
Overall, great stop for casual food and drinks while catching a game. We’ll be back.

Outstanding, yall! We had the salmon and the blackened redfish. Everything was cooked to perfection. Really liked the lemon/butter glaze on the redfish. The place was packed, yet the service was fast. Great atmosphere and surrounded by NFL games on the dozens of screens. What is not to like. I’ve been to the one in TCL too. They are both top notch.

Absolutely awesome!! Not your typical Sports restaurant. Bistreaux fits much that Bar and Grill would for sure!
We had a GREAT waiter, Justin! He was friendly, professional and had excellent suggestions.
The menu offers truly a lil bit of everything! The Cajun dishes are right on point! And, if you aren’t crazy about that cuisine – there’s typical burgers and wings. But you’ll seriously miss out!
We had 4 people in our group. We each ordered something different – and EVERYTHING was delicious!
One had Mardi Gras Salmon. Justin had suggested trying both sauces – and that was awesome!
Another had Cajundillas! Who’d have thought a typically Mexican dish could be a really delicious with a Cajun twist?! The beans were also delicious!
Another got the Catfish Orleans. Absolutely wonderful. 2 catfish filets (he ordered fried) with shrimp and crawfish and rice in éntouffée. Savory but not too sweet.
I got the Cali Roll. So very good!!! Justin suggested the onion rings. Listen to him!! They are amazing!! And let him make you some of his special dipping sauce! Ooh so yummy!!
Landon, the GM, came by to check and us. As we were 1st timers – he se n t us some of the beignet bites. Omg! I’m used to NOLO beignets and never thought of bites. They are divine!
BTW- the portions are large. No reason for anyone to leave not full or with leftovers!
For the sports fans – there are tvs everywhere! Im from Houston (Texas) and have to say – these folks rival the best sports bars there and beat most of them!
We’ve already planned to be back – with a group of 15! My husband and I will be back as well. We live in a small town and the hour drive will be well worth it!

Great food and service. Excellent selection of beers and cocktails. The gumbo was delicious. The burgers are wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their food and had a great time. If you want to watch a game and have a meal or drinks, this is the place.

Decided to eat here with my mother and sister. Sat in the left side of the restaurant. Sam was our waitress she was great! Very attentive for everything and refilled drinks without being asked! Def ask for her to be your waitress will be back again. The watermelon Margarita is a hit. If we love Red Bull!

The main reason that I am doing this review is because we were very pleased with the waitress that served us on this particular day.
The waitress was Alanna W. She was professional and showed genuine excitement to be there. We felt as if we her only customer even though she was handling several tables. We will definitely be back and we will ask for her in the future.

If you are looking for a good time with Family and Friends, great food and a welcoming environment look no farther. The prices are very reasonable, the food is served hot and fresh and all of the employees are friendly. Our waitress, Micaela , went above and beyond to ensure our table of 7 had everything we needed.

Our favorite place to hang out in Trussville. We are always greeted by name and we have made so many new friends at the bar. Rachel and Raven are rock stars! They are THE best bartenders❤️❤️ They know what we like and even our phone number to make sure we get our points. Love this place!
