Absolutely ridiculous. Used two coupons. No cheddar on the ‘classic beef and cheddar meal’
Didn’t get our ‘double beef and cheddar’ at all. They left it out. So half our order was missing and the ONE they put in the bag, they have zero cheese or any sauce on it. Never getting anything from this Arbys again. Waste of money and time.

LarderRoom…Arby’s is always my fast food go to when on the road. Today I enjoyed the new Fish Sandwich and the classic French Dip. Honestly I forgot they had a French Dip. And you get a huge cup of au jus! The food is always decent. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly!

Terrible customer service. Ordered a beef n cheddar, opened it and it did not have any cheddar. Took it to the front counter. Lady in back said yes she did put cheddar on the sandwich VERY LOUDLY. Then the cashier has the audacity to ask me to show her. What kind of customer service is that?

Waited too long in drive when they weren’t busy. Was asked to pull forward while they waited on chicken. Two other people behind me got their food and left; clearly didn’t order anything chicken. The lady that took my money went on break as I saw her through the window in a booth. When I got back to my work, the fries were not warm and barely had any salt on them. The buffalo chicken sandwich was thrown together and not the chicken piece that Ive gotten at other locations. This was a chicken fritter with some buffalo sauces drizzled on it. Will not be eating here again.

Don’t even want to give it 1 star. Terrible customer service from Tammy. The bag was coated in sauce and grease when she handed it to us, screwed up our drinks, ordered double beef and cheddar – 2 pieces of roast beef on each and no cheddar cheese. This restaurant is a joke and we will not be back to the location.

I’m not sure how every single time I come here I manage to wait forever, even being the only person at the restaurant, and somehow get old disgusting food. Fries not cooked all the way, and a mediocre sandwich. I couldn’t fathom ever trying that rancid roadkill they are calling “steak bites”

Typical Arby’s food, that consistency is what fast food franchising is about. They nailed it. The food was good, as we expected.
What was slightly unexpected was the friendliness of the staff. We were “those people” that showed up 20 minutes before closing and ate there.
We knew what we were doing by arriving close to closing time, and planned to eat fast and get out, but they were so nice that we didn’t feel rushed at all. The young man at the counter and the female manager on duty were not just polite, but genuinely friendly.
Service is one way a franchise can set itself apart from the others (good or bad) and these people were exceptional.

In full transparency, my wife and I have been avoiding this location for months now due to poor quality food and extremely disappointing customer service. Today we gave it another shot and the difference was UNBELIEVABLE. The food was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly. The sandwich had all the meat placed where it should be on the center of the bun compared to the mess we previously received. The best part of all was Tyler who was working the drive thru on Saturday 8/24 around 11:30am – ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR. Great personality, presented professionally, and provided top notch customer service. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE AND ENCOURAGE WORK ETHIC LIKE HIS. Hopefully this is the start of a new trend for Arby’s in Eastgate!

Came into Arby’s to have lunch with my Hubby. The lady at the counter was very friendly when taking my order. Gave me cups for my drinks, and told me to go ahead and find a seat and she will bring the food out when it’s ready. Food hit the spot…was hot & good! Sauces were available for self serve… Very rare these days!
