I usually like this location- nothing amazing but good. Today however- there was an employee taking orders near the front door for the drive through. Being no where near the menu- I asked if I could pull up to see the menu and she refused. She showed me her laminated menu that just had basic items. This is how you will lose money. I would have ordered more had I seen the menu. My order was ready extremely fast. The woman I gave payment to, tried giving me 4 drinks without a drink tray. I had to ask for one. When she gave me my 3 bags of food which I tried quickly double checking that it was correct, she opened the window back up and asked me if I needed something else. (Basically why r u still here) I told her no, I just want to make sure it’s all here- because I can’t come back. I quickly left- got back to work- the order was correct but LOOK at the baconator fries. Pitiful! Melted sliced cheese instead of cheese sauce and 1.5 whole strips of bacon not cut. This upset me. It’s lunchtime but it was not busy or understaffed. There is no reason to rush people, especially when they’re driving! The cheese hardened to a brick by the time I finished writing this review. The anxiety of this interaction made me lose my appetite anyway. Hopefully they do better next time.

Today at this location to order dine in at the service counter. I got bypassed by a party who wasn’t even at the service countertop. It really made me feel like I wasn’t wanted here as a customer the girl at the counter looked directly in my face and didn’t even apologize. I stood there looking at the other party and that staff member as to show they both were wrong. Sometimes here in concord, you can feel the racism and entitlement of folks. I come here often spending my hard earned money. Time for another location for me. I really don’t appreciate this experience today. This type of attitude causes problems I wish not to be a part of. I will be addressing this higher.

Went through drive through today and the sweet lady in the drive through 1000% made my day. She was wearing a sparkly (sequins on hat) blue Santa hat, she had to bring my food out to me and she also brought me a small extra surprise. Need more people like her working at places! Such a lovely soul! She deserves a raise!

Sub-par service from some employees of this location, Store 1508. As a fellow service industry professional, it disheartens me to see the service aspect of the service industry decline in this manner. I was instructed to pull to a delivery parking space, from the drive thru window, as my food was being prepared. The associate proceeds to walk out with two orders only to deliver one order to the car closest the service door. The associate who took the order eventually walks my order out after a 10 minute wait of my food being left on the counter. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told it would be a few minutes although the drive thru and dining room were finally empty after the slight rush. The associate, who “did not see anyone else waiting for an order” then yells for the pleasant associate to come back inside as we were discussing what just occurred; he was empathetic to the situation. She was not. Poor service on the forefront this evening.

Not so fast “fast food” No one available to take your order. The food took forever to come out and then all of the food was cold. Seems like door dash is given priority over those placing orders in person.

I’m not expecting much from fast food places, but the lack of professionalism from this particular location is not ok. My family ordered online for pickup last night, and we were missing an entire salad and fries. This is the third time we’ve tried to order from here, and every single time they have messed up the order. Not only that, but when you attempt to call, they ask for a “Access code”, so you can’t even get a hold of them to ask for a solution. Will not be returning.

Came here to pick up a DoorDash order, walked up to the “ walk up deliveries” window and rang the bell. Over half the staff turned around and looked, then continued about whatever they were doing, one guy held his finger up saying one moment but bruh never came. I waited for 4 minutes before going inside to find the order sitting on shelf. Fast food workers everywhere no longer make physical customers priority. You walk up to counters and every worker has their back turned to you.

What is the purpose of having their lights on? Every time I go after work between 8pm and 9pm, they are ALWAYS “having a shift change and not taking orders”. What does that even mean? So you don’t care about making the company money? And then I drive around the building, and the whole staff is just sitting around eating. Manager clearly doesn’t care either. Horrible service and laziness. McDonald’s across the street must be booming.
