Our server Zari was amazing. Very attentive as well as knowledgeable. She made recommendations as well as cooking tips for the different meats and soup add ins. My fiance and I had at least 6 different types of meat. Garlic chicken, Garlic shrimp, pork belly, brisket, steak, beef and pork ribs were all so good. The miso soup and vegetables and soup meats were incredible. I had ramen noodles with my miso while my fiance had vermicelli noodles. Both excellent. The sauce bar was well tended and very versatile. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This place isnt bad but it isnt great either-

Things got off to a rocky start: We ordered hot pot and the sever mixed up the flavors. We only noticed after trying them and at that point had already committed to putting our ingredients in the soup base. There’s lots of signage around about wasted food fee’s so we just kinda ate opposite meals until the pots were empty again.

Ordering proteins and veggies was just okay. Sometimes you get alot of something and other times a very small amount. Tofu was treated like gold coming out of the kitchen and we only got 4 peices per order. Other items came out by the plate full! About 1/3 of our orders where never brought out. The ingredients are all good quality, but you have to order from a sticky tablet that looks like it hasnt been cleaned and feels pretty dirty. This just gives alot of “ick” and really became off-putting.

The bubble tea is pre-made. We asked for less brown sugar in ours and the waiter suggested adding water because they just pour it out of a container into the glass.

The food is fine but the service and cleanliness really brought the experience down for us.

Interesting experience, you order(immediate delivery) and you cook your order at the table in either the soup you order or the grill. All you can eat for 2 hours. Or hou would just order a meal and cook that. Lunch price till 4 more $ after that! Great experience!!

I’ve been here twice. The first time we came about 6-7 months ago the food was good but service was questionable. Previous server was not attentive and left us without drinks/didn’t change the grill plate once. However my daughter loves the experience so we came again. Today we had Deonte as our server. He was extremely attentive. Our drinks never run dry, and he changed our grill plate multiple times when it got gunked up. Everything was very delicious down to the kimchi on the sauce bar. Everything was clean, good food quality, and was a good time.

Very disappointing experience. We went in at 2:30 and were told that it was dinner all day due to the holiday season. Overall the food quality was okay, just about what you would expect at an AYCE place. However, the service was horrible. The waiter was fine and was trying their best. But the overall kitchen timing was awful. We waited for an incredibly long time for orders to come out and even had our iPad WiFi go out, causing our order to go unprocessed, a mistake we had to catch after waiting almost twenty minutes for our order. This happened multiple times throughout the meal and this seems to have happened to multiple different tables as well. The staff claimed there was only one person working in the kitchen which was causing unreasonable delays. I’m talking waits so long our hotpot soup evaporated before we got our next order. We were being charged dinner prices without the dinner service. I understand AYCE places will often try to slow down the service but honestly it was ridiculous how long we were waiting for each order. If you go in make sure to order everything you want in the first order as you may never be able to get your next order. This place needs to hire more staff and improve their service. Very very disappointing for the expensive dinner price we paid.

Manager is super nice and love his fashion statement! Food is awesome as always! Lots of sauces to pick from. I like rolling up the meat in lettuce and dunking it in sauce. Waitress are a hit or miss. Wish they had 2 grills at every table tho. We celebrate our birthdays here often. Lively atmosphere and they don’t rush us to finish eating even if there is a time limit. My family eat here so much they know us lol they also serve Hennessy!!

I’ve always felt like the staff here is incredibly friendly, and that continues to be true. Every time I come in, I’m welcomed warmly, seated quickly, and the service itself is great. On this visit, which was not a holiday, I came in for lunch with no issues. The hostess greeted me, sat me down, and the waitress came over promptly.

However, this experience left me feeling a complete lack of transparency, and friendliness alone can’t make up for that.

I later found out they are doing dinner all day, every day for the week. I was told there is a small sign out front that sometimes gets missed. That was frustrating because I specifically avoided ordering from the dinner menu. When I left, I noticed there was no sign at the main indoor entrance, and only one of the two outdoor side entrances had a small sheet mentioning this. On top of that, nothing was said by the hostess or the waitress to inform me. There also could have easily been a sign at the tables or a note on the menus, but there wasn’t. The website also did not demonstrate this.

This is where the transparency issue really stands out. If a family of four came in under the same circumstances for lunch, they could easily spend almost $50 more than expected. In today’s economy, that’s a big deal, people budget carefully when they go out to eat.

Is the food good? Yes. Are the people nice? Absolutely. But this situation felt not transparent at all and honestly a bit like being taken advantage of.

So just a heads-up, if you’re planning to go this week, it’s dinner pricing all day, even if you don’t see a sign or aren’t told when you’re seated. The photo is the right outside entrance that I used, that lacks notification.

A restaurant where you have to cook your own food? I was skeptical going into this but wow was I pleasantly surprised. The staff was amazingly helpful and attentive. The dishes had good portion sizes combined with top shelf quality.

We visited for the first time and were really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, our visit ended on a very disappointing note due to a billing issue.
Our party consisted of two adults and three children. Before being seated, we confirmed this with the staff. Our oldest child was correctly counted as an adult, our 10-year-old was charged as a child, and our youngest was free.
However, when we reviewed our receipt after paying, we discovered we were charged for four adults and one child. This resulted in an extra $40 that was added to our bill. We immediately brought this to the server’s attention, and the manager came over. We were told that nothing could be done because it was “restaurant policy” that no changes could be made once seated.
It was extremely frustrating to be charged $40.00 especially after confirming our party details ahead of time. Being told that the mistake could not be corrected left us feeling taken advantage of and unheard as customers.
We understand that policies are in place for a reason, but refusing to correct a clear billing error left a very poor impression. As first-time guests, this experience was disappointing and overshadowed what could have been a great visit.

All of the food was super fresh and our server Miranda explained everything perfectly and was there to answer all of our questions. Our drinks never got empty and the atmosphere was great. The music was at a level that made conversation easy. I cannot wait to return.
