Our waitress seemed to be the only one serving the tables. She did the best she could and it was breakfast time. We seen other workers just walking around. They could have helped her out more. She keep our cups filled. Kudos to her.

We had the Chocolate Chip Pancake Combo, Eggs Benedict, and a biscuit — everything was delicious! The pancakes were fluffy and perfectly sweet, and the Eggs Benedict was cooked just right. Great service and cozy atmosphere too☕

I kept meaning to write this review! We had the best experience at IHOP a few days before Christmas. Our server was a super awesome young lady who had her daughter working with her. I’m bummed I forgot her name (Melody?–we can’t remember) anyway we came with my husband, daughter and two grandsons. We were given prompt attention, fresh coffee was made, and the food came quickly and was delicious. She was very busy with multiple tables, but was cheerful and she and her daughter endured my husbands silly Christmas dad jokes :). We will definitely be back and hope to see them again.

Marfa R., was simply one of the best waitresses I’ve ever met. She never wrote any orders down, but she executed every item perfectly. I even added to additional items to my order. Not only was she able to attentively see to my own needs but she kept her section operating with military precision. My compliments go to the chef as well. My steak was perfectly cooked and every hot item was just that…hot. The restaurant needed some cleaning, but nothing that too serious. I will be back.

This IHOP off of W 119th St in Olathe, OK was open on Thanksgiving Day, and despite being busy, our waitress was kind and attentive. She was moving around quite a bit to accommodate the several tables she was serving that morning, and she did it with efficiency without coming off as quick or rude. I only wish I had remembered to get her name, but we appreciate her service!
Food: Food is about what you would expect coming from an IHOP. Delicious pancakes. Crispy hash browns and bacon. Coffee consistently being filled. No complaints here!
Service: Again, I can’t stress enough how grateful we were for our server. She was kind, attentive, and quick.

The food was awful if I order biscuits and gravy I expect gravy on my biscuit. When we order coffee it should be hot!!! The server was awful I am pretty sure there was him and a cook!!! There were 2 ladies that came in after 7s that got their hot chocolate long before I got my coffee!!!! My daughter’s hamburger was almost totally raw in the middle!!! Yes we were there at 2 pm BUT CONE IN DO BETTER

Oh my goodness. Where do I start? This place is sooo good!! Had hot chocolate and it tasted amazing! Food: Belgium Waffle side of fruit, it was fresh and amazing!! I always go here with my grandpa and always hits the spot!!

I went in and no one was inside excepted one group by the entrance, but it was like a graveyard. I’ve come here plenty of times with my mother and went by myself this one time and not a single soul sat me down for about 10 minutes before I decided to just leave to go to Cracker Barrel. I just stood there while some lady was behind the counter standing there. She didn’t move aside from peeking her head out to hear the US food truck drive around.
I’m assuming they are low staff which is why there was no one but coming from a server, I’m a little disappointed.

Server wrote my order down and then came back to ask me for my order again. I was in a group of 5, I thought that was weird that only my order had to be repeated. It was late but if that’s your shift you need to give the same service as any other shift. First & last time at this location

IHOP is just such a nostalgic place. I’ve been eating here for years and can always count on a good meal. This was my go to place for a Grand Slam as a college student and favorite place to go as a little girl for breakfast.
You can go to fancy breakfast and brunch place with long waitlist…the food may be worth the wait sometimes and it may not.
For me IHOP hits the spot more often than not and service is great without the wait most of the time. I recommend the French Toast hands down with warm syrup.
