Absolutely a disappointment. The Picture’s show it all. I ordered one Item and get the sad excuse for a chicken sandwich with a poor attempt to make it look somewhat like what I ordered. I guess is I were legally blind maybe I couldn’t tell the difference but then again I doubt it. Talk about false advertisement.

First time being here, maybe it was just a bad day but I’m not sure. The whole restaurant was dirty: tables were covered in leftover food and other debris and the floor was sticky. On top of that we stood in line for over 30 minutes just to order, then waited another 15 minutes to get our food. If you’re looking for a “sit down” style restaurant in terms of waiting time, but with the atmosphere of a roadside fast food joint then this place is for you.

We stopped here for a bathroom break and a frosty but wish we hadn’t. The entire establishment was more or less trashed and noticeably understaffed. The restaurant smelled and was dirty. The toilets in the women’s restroom barely flushed. The ice machine was literally overflowing and causing a hazard. It took 10 minutes to get a single frosty as there was only one worker at the counter.

Customer Service was great the food was good until I got to the grilled chicken wrap. The chicken was raw. But it’s ok I know accidents happen sometimes. I’m not able to come back cause I already left South Carolina and made it to Savannah.

We came threw the drive threw on our way from NC to Florida. The guy taking our order was so patient and kind. Came off very happy. Our order came out, and it was not missing. One thing and we go to Wendy’s at least 5 times a month and our order is always missing something. So we were overly impressed with this location. The fries were fresh. Everything was made exactly how we ordered it. Great job with this place.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Our burger meat was well done but cold. Fries were old even after having a wait time of more that 15 minutes in dining room for our order. None of the condiments or napkins were stocked and employees were just standing around talking instead of cleaning or preparing fresh food. The dining room smelled like a wet dog and the bathrooms were flooded.
