I tried their burgers there 2 times. And it was a couple months apart. The 1st one I tried I couldn’t even finish because it was Raw in the middle. My husband loves arbys so he kept asking to go back, and I thought maybe they would have changed something my then so I got another burger. Again, raw in the middle. I know it’s not a burger place but don’t make them if you can’t cook them properly. My husband loves the roast beef sandwiches. I have tried a gyro from them and honestly I think it’s the best think on the menu. That’s the only reason I will say ok to my husband to eat there now when we go out to eat. I will definitely recommend the gyros to anyone. But I would NEVER recommend a burger from this place

I recently visited Arby’s on Shoemaker Rd in Pottstown, and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I tried the new Bourbon BBQ Brisket sandwich, paired with a strawberry milkshake topped with whipped cream, vanilla, and chocolate. The flavors were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious.
The decor of the restaurant, featuring grey, white, and red, creates an inviting atmosphere with open spaces that feel modern and fresh. The touch of red is a clever signal to buy, adding to the overall dining experience. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the laid-back setting made it easy to enjoy my meal.
Special mention goes to Latisha, the Shift Manager, who provided excellent customer service. The entire crew was fast and prompt, making sure everything was just right. I also loved the crinkle-cut fries—they were perfectly crispy and the perfect complement to my meal.
Overall, I highly recommend this Arby’s location for anyone in the area. The service was amazing, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning!

I stopped in yesterday before going to work for a quick bite. Two girls noticed me..said nothing. I stood there for five minutes with nobody else in line waiting for my order to be taken. Finally another lady if I needed anything and I told her I had been standing there for five minutes and nobody had waited on me yet. Seemed like they would rather be talking and dealing with the drive thru. The GM came out, took my order, then gave me a free lunch..which was very nice. I was more than ready to pay but two thumbs up to this GM for the respect he showed me. I would have given a five star, but when you blatantly get ignored? Hope the two girls learned their lesson in customer service. I work retail and I wasn’t abt to be a Karen. Thank you GM..

I lived in the South for many years, and Arby’s is one thing I missed a lot after moving to PA. I was surprised to find one near work. This Arby’s location is very nice—staff are friendly, organized and efficient. They keep the store clean too. I usually order online and pick up during my lunch break. They always pack everything nicely.

Don’t go here anymore. I’m missing my mozzarella sticks out of their box of food. I got 2 peach cobbler, things instead of one and then almost 5 or 10 minutes in the drive through sitting. Just tried to call and the car won’t even go through number, doesn’t work.

A good Arby’s experience. The restaurant was a bit dirty inside, but the staff was friendly and I received my food quickly. I ordered online (first time ever at Arby’s) and the app wasn’t very good, but my order did go through. The food tasted good, and the crinkle fries we cooked nice and crispy, but didn’t have enough salt on them.

Every table was dirty when I came in with my daughter. The team was grumpy. I had to throw out my sandwich because it was cooked rare. The Mac and cheese was hot on top and cold in the middle. The French fries were old and poorly seasoned.

Pretty good for an Arby’s. I’ve been here a few times in the last 10 years and it’s always been good. I’ve usually eaten inside and I’m glad they actually have indoor seating still with covid. Have good selection of diet soda. Never had a problem with the food or service. Clean bathroom

I had never ever been to Arby’s before, but for a 1st time experience, Im definitely coming back to this specific Arby’s. Yes the food was great but whats definitely bringing us back to this location is because the employee name Latisha delivered me and my husband ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMERS SERVICE. She was polite, patient, efficient, smiled under her mask, offered us a meal & the most happiest person I’ve ever met. Well Done Latisha!!!! She deserves a raise!!!
