Worst services ever for the second time in the month of August. I ordered a number 4 honey chicken biscuit meal with a sweet . Paid for my order at 6:48am 8/13/25. Waited 5min at the window for the young lady tell me to pull to the side for my order. I ask her how long she said 2 minutes. As I waited almost addition 5min and another car before no one came out. I process to get out my car to go inside the front door was lock. Myself and another customer knock on the door for help just for the guy to say we working on your order by this time it’s 7am. Which I’m not late for work. Finally I made eye contact with the manger through the window to come to the door. Once she approached the door she was clueless of what I order. I explained to her what I had and to bring me a receipt. Finally after about 3min she comes back with my food and still forgot my drink. Once she brought my drank and receipt I left. Just to get to work with cold food wrong sandwich and unsweet tea. Jada (manager) needs to be remove from position . I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible, slow service from unfriendly employees. Considering it’s fast food, I dont expect a lot for service… but this food is inexcusable.

I stopped by for a quick lunch today during my break and got a salad that is absolutely DISGUSTING. The lettuce is brown and wilted, the tomatoes are squishy… even the parmesan cheese is just mush. There is NO WAY I can see this being acceptable to serve to ANY customer. This salad was easily made several days ago. And thanks to the slow service in the drive thru, I don’t have time to go get something else.

I didn’t even bother trying to take it back. It’s not worth the risk of getting something worse from this establishment, like food poisoning.

Terrible service, waited 30 minutes just to get handed the wrong order and missing items of my purchase. Didn’t even want to go back to complain because I seen another person get yelled at by a team member. Overall this place is the last place to get fast food at.

I stopped for lunch and ALL the employees were super friendly.

Breakdown:
-Very clean lobby
-Employee cleaning the parking lot

Overall, kudos to management for such a great experience!

I went around 7 pm, write in next to the front door two male employees were smoking something that was not cigarettes, let’s just say it was something not 100 % legal.

I would say, that is not the way too great a client at the door.

The nuggets are NEVER cooked properly. They always have white batter on them which means they’re undercooked! I come here on my lunch break (like most ppl) and don’t have time for this shenanigans. Even when they replace them, the replacement is messed up with the same problem. On top of that it stinks(smells like dirty mop/rag water) and the manager (not the general manager) is rude and unprofessional. She answered the phone with:”if you’re calling about a job its lunchtime so call back later. ” lady im calling about my order yall keep screwing up! They need a whole new crew up there.

Not a bad location. Got no complaints about the food. Always nice and fresh! However, with the staff is 50/50. You have some very friendly and attentive staff, that make you wanna keep coming to this location and then you have some other staff that make you wander why did I come here.
